For years I've been going here up until today! They knowingly had a bad batch of Elite Light Cigarettes, yet they sell them to the public anyways. When I tried to bring them back, they wouldnt even though I had proof of purchase. They are scammers here and their quality is garbage. Its all about money and not customer service at all. Bought 200$ worth of cuban cigars, their humidor cabinet was at 46% humidity, had to re-humidify the cigars but the damage was done. Wrapper comes off on most cigars when i smoke them. Sad thing to let such a decent inventory of cigars go to waste :( read more
