I just happened to be in this plaza already so I decided to give it a try to pick up the last few items I needed that they just might carry. If it weren't for that fact, I probably would have bypassed this store and kept going on my way. Why does it feel like a dungeon when you walk in here. It feels so cavernous to have to be in a place that should be exuding excitement. I rarely come to one of these so I had no idea where I needed to go. I wandered at first and then just basically went up and down every aisle until I found what I needed. As you can guess, it was literally the last spot in the store after walking all the aisles. I did end up finding a few of the items I needed so that made it worthwhile, but in the long run, made for a longer visit than need be. The highlight of this place, a reason for the higher star rating, was the staff. She was super pleasant and quick. At the register we did make some chit chat and she had me out the door in no time. We had looked all around for a certain item my daughter needed for a birthday party. The manager I think her name was Kristie was especially nice and helped us find what she needed. Although they didn't have the exact item we wanted she pointed us to something that worked for us just as well. My daughter is autistic and doesn't do well in public but the manager made her feel like she was in charge and she opened right up to her. My only gripe about the store... why in the world don't they sell greeting cards?
