I was looking for a spot to take my child for some indoor fun. Atomic Bounce has a wide variety of…read moreareas for children. My toddler was afraid to go in the bounce house by herself. However, adults are not allowed on the equipment for safety reasons, so we did not try out the bouncers. There were plenty of other areas to enjoy. Several play kitchens, a train table, baby/toddler area, ride on toys, etc. It was loud due to the air pumps needed for the bounce houses. My two year old had fun, but we might wait until she's older to go back.

We recently hosted our child's party at Vertical Kommotion, and it truly exceeded every…read moreexpectation. All of the kids at our party had an absolute blast--many of them (including our son, the birthday boy) said it was the best party ever! From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of. The space was fully set up ahead of time, and once the party was over, everything was cleaned up for us. All we had to do was show up with the food. Plates, napkins, plasticware, and decorations were all included, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. Jeni, the owner, was incredible. Not only did she handle all the setup and cleanup, but she was so involved throughout the entire party. She kept the kids engaged by running games like limbo, acted as the DJ playing fun, kid-friendly music, helped serve food and drinks, and even managed the piñata. She was so friendly, helpful, and energetic--the kids absolutely loved interacting with her. We also had so many parents come up to us during and after the party to say how great the venue was and how wonderful everything turned out. If you're looking for an easy, fun, and well-run place to host a kids' party, Vertical Kommotion is amazing. Highly recommend!

i wanted to refinish a small landing in my house so i rented an edging sander from A&R. I bought…read moreabout 15 pieces of sandpaper with the promise that they would buy back any unused pieces. I started using the machine and discovered there was a hole in the dust bag that had been taped closed. The tape was coming off and sawdust started shooting all over. that's problem 1. Problem 2: pieces of sandpaper started tearing while i was using them. I wasted about 4 pieces. When i returned the machine I mentioned these two issues. One of the people there said it was my fault the paper tore. (not sure of his reasoning) However, another of the staff looked at the paper and said quite definitively that the paper ripped because the height of the wheels was set improperly and too much of the paper was rubbing on the floor. I had also brought back one completely unused piece of sandpaper. I asked for some kind of credit for the torn pieces and the fact that the machine was not working as intended, and i had sawdust everywhere. the person in charge was completely unwilling to do anything. He said the manage would be in "next week" and call me. He didn't even give me the dollar back for the one unused piece. I'm still waiting for the call. NOT A CHANCE I WILL EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.
