It rained on our wedding day...Not too much, but it rained...there was rolling fog coming thru the valley and it made for an amazing backdrop! I was very much impressed with the scenery, even on a cloudy day. I actually golfed the day after the wedding when it was nice and sunny and the place looks fantastic. I'm not an avid golfer, but I do play a few times a year and this was a great course to play on! They have 2 18 hole courses and the prices are pretty good as you might imagine for the location here. Given how nice the day was and how I just didn't want to leave, playing golf for a few hours worked out great! Nice way to wind down after the wedding. They did a great job decorating, we were very pleased with how the venue looked. We were not able to use the outdoor bar due to the wet weather, but it still worked out nicely inside. I do wish the food was better...We went with a buffet and I was non-plussed. It was OK. The chicken and mashed potatoes were actually quite good. But the beef was sliced so thin and cooked so dry it wasn't any beef I'd order unless it was served on a roll with cheese. I also found out the next day that we ate the exact same food\buffet that is offered to the golfers in the players club. Same chicken, same beef, same silver metal serving trays with sterno keeping them warm. This was a bit of a let down for me, I'd think for a wedding they would bring in something special that they didn't serve on a daily basis. We also did a brunch here the day after the wedding. Same silver metal serving trays, now filled with eggs, sausage and the like, as well as some wraps\sandwiches. This was good and a nice way to wrap up the wedding and say goodbye to our guests. It's about a mile from the MainStay Suites where we stayed...very convenient...had a shuttle running back and forth all night and it worked out well! Many holes were fairly wide open. Several waste areas. Greens were cut well so putting was moderately fast. I am currently a 9 handicap and found a good test at this course. Carts ran well. Good fast food afterwards. Bar as well. People extremely friendly. We must go back. Under $30 per round per senior rate including cart. We had a very enjoyable day.

If you're looking for a laid-back winery with great drinks and a peaceful outdoor setting, I highly recommend stopping by and spending some time relaxing there.

The sheets are so soft and have a wonderful pattern. There was a great selection of pillows, all with different hardnesses, thicknesses, and etc. You're sure to find one you like. * I am endlessly happy with the coffee on offer in the rooms, and how nice the air conditioning is at cooling rooms with it quickly and quietly. * The property is so beautiful and so peaceful. If ever you need time away from the world, this is the perfect place to do it. * We loved the hike. As Utahns, we may have skewed opinions on what makes a difficult hike, but--in our opinion--this hike wasn't too difficult. If you are looking at practicality or cost? There are many other local, cheaper venues with superior parking and capacity. The Pump House, while not difficult to find, is in the middle of nowhere. The wedding reception I attended here was during the winter and had some unique challenges. The driveway needs attention and a few tons of stone, I would not want to drive on it after a rainstorm. Parking here if it has snowed can be challenging due to lack of space and ice, with the ice also a potential risk when walking to the buildings. Cellphone coverage with Verizon was spotty at best. The reception was split between the Studio Hall and Brick Barn. Studio Hall served as the cocktail and buffet space. During normal operations, this serves at the breakfast part of the B&B. Due to the pandemic, all food had to be served by the catering staff. The bride recommends working with vendors who are familiar with the uniqueness of the venue. The Brick Barn served as the main reception area. Setting up, it didn't look all that impressive, and it would have been nice to have one of the heaters on due to the cold. The owners were very helpful with setting up the tables and chairs, saving the wedding party significant time. Day of the wedding reception it looked very picturesque, the venues selling point. The sidewalks around the venue need improvement as they are not well defined and crumbling. It would also clarify the walking paths between the buildings in the winter. The number of bathrooms for the venue was surprisingly adequate. I visited The Manifold House when moving some boxes around, which serves as the honeymoon suite, and I would describe it's styling as "unique." The wedding reception had a limit of 75 people and that seemed to be the right number when not using the venues outdoor spaces. Overall, if you are looking for an artistic/visually impressive venue, The Pump House is for you. The bride got the exact reception she wanted, which made her happy, and that's what mattered.

Some of the kids displays / activities are as follows: train display, insect inspection station, a 'farm', bikes, toys, etc. STEM activities: stop motion film building, art station bubble wrap, geostix challenge, engineering design, gears, pebble challenge, etc. The museum is available for field trips, birthday parties, etc. The museum is powered 100% by volunteers. Our kids had a blast!

The Club was clean, signage for my event was prominent, staff very helpful. The room we were in was spacious, with a ton of windows looking out over the Golf Course. Acoustics and temperature in the room were good. I would definitely recommend this as a venue for a business presentation.

I stayed here a couple of nights ago and overall I was satisfied with my stay. This is a new hotel…read morelocated next to a gas station with a convenience store and a Burger King restaurant, so there's some traffic that comes through - both cars and tractor trailers. The hotel was fairly quiet both inside and outside, though it's near an area where truck drivers park to rest and the occasional loud truck will roll through about every hour or so. It still had a new construction smell. Not necessarily paint, but I could faintly smell wood throughout the hotel. Initially I had trouble finding the front entrance. There was patio furniture and a grill on the front patio that made me assume it was the back of the hotel; however, there was a ride share pick up sign and I could see the luggage cart through the window which confirmed it was actually the front of the building. The front sliding door was also hidden as it wasn't facing the parking lot, it was more so perpendicular to the building. The check in counter is immediately in front of the second sliding door, which doesn't leave much room for people to walk around when entering and exiting the hotel. The only thing that I strongly disliked was the shower. There was no door or closure, so the water from the shower head got on the floor outside of the shower no matter in which direction the shower head pointed. Due to the absence of a door, there was a constant cool breeze even when standing under hot running water until the bathroom was completely fogged up. Additionally, there was no vent to prevent the mirrors from fogging up and to reduce the humidity in the room. The breakfast was a typical free lobby breakfast - coffee, juice, water, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cold cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage (pork and turkey), breakfast sandwiches, breads (bagels, English muffins), and a waffle station. It was fine, but nothing special. I really liked the room itself and the cleanliness of the hotel. Since it was new, there weren't a lot of guests or lines at the breakfast stations. It was a pretty decent stay, but the modern twist of the shower design needs improvement.

We had placed our food order as we were going to share a steak tenderloin salad, and their buffalo chicken nachos. Nachos were lukewarm at best as well as the tenderloin on my salad. Once our server finally came back by we had to send the nachos back to be reheated and they really weren't all that great. Had to literally track down our server just to get a refill of a soda. Lousy service abs the food was subpar at best Won't be back. To add insult to injury the large party that was seated shortly after we were ordered their big jumbo wings and their orders were up in minutes while we were still waiting for ours.

Decent beer list with all the usual domestics and a few crafts. Service was friendly, attentive, and had plenty of character. The menu has basic bar favorites. We split an order of cheese fries, which were decent but not spectacular. Back in the day, Carsonville's hand-cut fries were renowned but our server admitted they were frozen these days--and we appreciated the honesty! On our visit, outdoor seating was open along with an open air bar. There's a great-looking front bar that was closed during our visit but looked great--hope I have a chance to check it out in cooler months. All in all, this is a fun destination with basic food and drinks...but worth the trip for atmosphere alone!
