Pool & Spa Masters was very informative and helpful in our selecting a top quality replacement brand and design. The new liner was promptly manufactured and arrived for installation much sooner than originally projected. The installation crew was very professional, obviously experienced, efficient, and quite capable in their removal of the old worn-out liner, cleaning and preparing the site and installing the new liner. After the 2 additional days needed to refill the pool, the minor finishing details were attended to and the job was completed without damage to the new liner, pool, pool deck, furniture or surrounding landscaping. I had CPS perform a pool inspection prior to closing on my house. The report stated "normal wear…read moreand tear ". After moving in I noticed 3 leaks in the system, one from a crack in the bottom of the filter housing. I contacted the technician and the owner of the company. Both stated all 3 of these leaks were new but they would "cut me a deal " for the repairs for $2,100!! Stay away from this company. Having a pool inspection by them is a waste of money.
