When I called Speedy Mobile RV Repair on a Saturday morning, not only did a kind, understanding representative answer the phone, Demi, she also offered to make an appointment while we were still at the campsite within a couple days. The Technician, Carter, that came was clean cut, intelligent and thorough. He took the time to to check each and every thing was able to diagnosed the many issues and explained it all to us. He offered to put a rush on the replacement parts when we told him we had a trip coming up to visit and support our granddaughter in a school play. Well...they did just that :) When we called with questions, Demi always answered the phone ! Again...this is Speedy Mobile RV Repair! They truly are the best. They kept us up to date with the parts delivery and even made an appointment for the repairs as they waited for the last one of the parts to arrive. On the day the Technician, Carter was scheduled to come, he contacted us to give us a half hour span of time for his arrival ! A half hour !! Case in point: several years ago we wanted a 2nd A/C unit for our 38 foot fifth wheel. I mentioned it as he was repairing one of our hydraulic levelers. He found a new, older inventory bedroom A/C, installed it in two hours the day after fixing my jacks. Under $600!! And, when I called him recently to fix it, he found a frog had got in between the fan & motor grinding against the wall of the fan. No charge! (He fixed some other stuff too, but that's another story.
