But they said they were sure that all the plugs were plugged in, and they didn't know what went wrong. So I made an appointment with them for the next visit and asked them to take it apart for me and check it again. The final answer was that they made sure that all the plugs were plugged in where they should be plugged. Because of their reply, I can only ask the merchant who sold me the product why I received the defective product. But today, a few months later, I tried to disassemble my radio based on the video on youtube and check it myself. And it turned out that they didn't plug the aux cable in, and they didn't connect another plug. By the way, they did not screwed in the two screws that supposed to be screwed near the screen. I would say they did not check it again during my second visit, because a unprofessional person like me can tell what was the problem there. So I would not recommend this place. But they did it most of the job with pretty poor instructions, which made me rated 3 stars.

We stopped in McPherson for lunch and I yelped glass repair and this guy popped up. I called and he answered the phone right away. I was recommended to Ziegler Glass by a family member and I called and got an appointment same day. The guy was super helpful and polite! He explained everything to me and took him about 30 minutes.
