But yesterday I brought it in for service ( 4 new tires, new filters, and I had oil leaking in my garage) at 9 in the morning. I was told I had a 9AM appointment. I had another ride to go home so I left the car there. 6 hours went by with NO communication so I called them at 3PM and after the person who answered the phone searching around, I was told my car is just at the point where they are changing the tires. I asked if they knew anything about the oil? The man on the phone had no idea and even after asking people had to have Brian call me back. Well Brian never called me back I waited another 40 minutes (we were getting close to closing time now) and was told oh yeah come on down the car is done. I said what happened with the oil? Why was it leaking? And was told that just the cap was loose, but it sounded weird the way he didn't know what I was talking about so it gave me a bad feeling. Well I got there to pick my car up, and I paid ($1140) and was told everything is fine but I see on my print out it says "cracked pan zip tied together". Of course I asked about it and Brian had NO idea-he went into the back for SO LONG and came out and basically accused me of having it being broken even though I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM THEM AND HAVE NEVER TAKEN IT ANYWHERE ELSE. He refused to do anything about it, did not even tell me on the phone so it could be fixed and was basically staring at me like well what do you want me to do. I don't understand how you can bring your car in here to get fixed and not only do they NOT fix it....they break it. At least now I know why no one called me all day. Oh and to top it all off when I got home I checked all my tires, they are not even the same brand. They gave me 3 tires the same and one on the back is a totally different tire. I am BEYOND disgusted of how this service department is run and we will NEVER be going back or buying cars from here again.

Paperwork processed expediently by a pleasant young lady that was actually the owner's daughter and was back on road in my new car in under 2 hours, with no games at all regarding trade/price. Had a follow up issue regarding spare key which was resolved by them a few weeks later by sending new key and a check to program at a LR dealer. However, things took a turn after the job was done. About a week after the tinting, I rolled my windows down for the first time, and the tint on the driver's side window peeled away. While I understand that things like this can happen and expected an easy fix, it unfortunately became a frustrating process. When I brought up the issue, the great communication I initially experienced completely stopped. It felt like a battle just to get them to acknowledge the problem and agree to fix it. After about a week of trying to get help, I decided to go to the shop in person. Thankfully, I was able to get some assistance, but the second attempt at fixing the tint was even worse than the first. It seems like they didn't clean the window properly before reapplying the tint, as there's visible dirt and old adhesive trapped underneath. While the staff was friendly at the beginning, the lack of follow-through and attention to detail on the repair left me disappointed. I really wanted to give this shop a glowing review because the initial impression was so positive, but unfortunately, the outcome and poor communication after the issue arose left me dissatisfied. I hope they improve their processes for addressing issues in the future.

That one was total - yet we walked away with only broken ribs. (Toyota's side airbags and emergency operator system worked perfectly). After other Toyota dealers harassing us with bait-and-switch offers for Certified Used Toyotas, which NOT Priuses, not small, etc., I put a call in to Waite Toyota in Waertown - about 5 hours from our house - on a Friday. Matt Spencer was the salesperson I reached, and he was a gentleman from start to finish. We drove home with our replacement 2021 Prius Prime (this happened to be an LE) Sunday. No upsells, no hassles about money or manager intervention, we got an additional 800 dollars off (we asked for 1,000 off) a good 2021, just like the car that had SAVED OUR LIVES, and in a safe, BRIGHT color that can be seen in all weather. All paperwork, taken care of fast. IN ADDITION, he sent a handwritten, personal thank you note, that was not just BS but showed he remembered us. My local Toyota dealer could not look at my truck for 3 weeks. So I called Waite Toyota they said…read morethey would work it in as soon as possible. 2 weeks later with little to no communication unless I called for an update..they looked at the issue at hand. The truck was in limp mode. Finally I recieved a call at closing time on a Friday saying they couldn't fix it due to a wiring issue in the dash. Parts were nonlonger available threw Toyota. Wierd. That being said the truck was a 2006 tundra SR5. So with lots of disappointment asked dif there were any options for me to find the part. No help there. I was also informed of a hole in the frame next to the bulk head. With disbelief I responded not possible it was just inspected 11 months ago. The sticker on the windshield showed an inspection due in a few weeks. Knowing my truck would not pass inspection they continue to charge me for labor hours. 3 hours labor plus tax on a vehicle they knew would not pass inspection in a couple weeks. I paid the bill and had a toe service go get the truck. 1 hour away. Upon picking up my truck one of the service people came out and told the man picking up the truck that mice had gotten under the dash and ate through all the wires. Also proceeded to tell him there were several holes in the frame. The gentlemen who picked my truck is called me and asked if I knew about these issues. Of course that is not the story I got from service when the bill was due. I brewed for a week over the integregratity of this service department I had never dealt with prior. On Monday I called and asked to speak with the top manager asking why his people carried out a 3 hour labor charge on a vehicle they knew wouldn't pass inspection in a few short weeks and asked for a refund. Dan was his name and said let me investigate this and i will call you back tomorrow. 2 days have gone by and i have not heard back. I guess the moral to this story is momey definitely a prior not the customer. If i had gotten an hinest call from a concerned department i would have said stop tight there dont do anything its not worth it..but noone called me and they must get that teachings from the manager who never called me back. ​I have to add the rollback driver took photos of the rotten frame and sent them to me. It would have been nice if the service department could have sent me the pictures and gave me some advice not to put any money into this vehicle.

Was a pain in the butt because of the covid precautions, so I forgot to check the rims. Got home started putting on the rear wheel and saw the massive damage their machine did to my rims. Two huge grinder like digs 180degrees apart and several other deep scrapes. ( now mind you i am no noob mechanic i have built multiple 600hp mopar big blocks, transmissions, and rear ends) I Called, and was instantly blamed for the damage by the service manager, and the owner Jack... They refused to believe their plastic coated tire machine would damage anything, and basically called me a liar. Then hung up on me when I lost my temper. They'll treat you good to get you to buy, but thats were it ends.
