The installer was efficient, on time and pleasant. He moved all the large furniture pieces and put them back--not a scratch! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that the installer refused to lay a wood threshhold and hide tv cables under the closet rug. Also the upgraded padding was not installed. With 2 trips back, I got my threshhold (which I bought and stained) and the cables hidden. The padding issue would've meant tearing up the entire 2 rooms of carpet. We agreed on a rebate, but I would've been happier if I'd gotten my upgraded padding as requested. Miscommunications, but still happy with the rooms. Thanks Richards' Warehouse!

They were able to get us an appointment in their showroom, which was packed with options. They came out same day to take measurements and provide us with a quote. We ended up finding a nice LVP option that worked well with our house. The install team was scheduled quickly and finished the job within a few days. The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.

The installer was more interested in getting the tile laid than doing a professional job. We felt he was lazy and did not take the time to ensure a nice transition between bathroom and bedroom as well as the closet. We were able to Convince him to adjust one of the transitions, but nothing others. Customer service was horrible. Sam was more interested in blaming us than their installer.

My mother hired him because they are both JWs and he took advantage of that connection, her meekness and willingness to forgive. Refused to give her a refund, wanted to send the same guy who botched the job to begin with claiming that whatever is happening behind the wall is not their fault, they didn't touch any plumbing. Horrible experience. I told Walter if he wants anyone to come back and do the work it should be him since he owns the business...he told me he can't because he's too old. Took $1075 from an 83 y/o woman on social security and now we still have to go back and rip the wall open and fix what they damaged.

This is the WORST contractor! I OVER PAID for my entire house to be tiled. Within 2 weeks the grout…read moreliterally fell apart. I contacted Walter, the owner and he sent someone to fix the grout. The next day, the repair failed. I told Walter the entire house needed to be redone and he refused. Then he said he would only redo the "open" areas. This wasn't acceptable because I paid for my entire house to be done. After waiting 5 MONTHS and hiring an attorney, he sent someone to redo the grout job. During that process, over 30 tiles were damaged, a hole was left in the grout and my house was left in disarray. My furniture wasn't put back, closet doors left unattached and dust literally everywhere. Walter was very unprofessional, complained about how much money it was costing him and the guy was taking to long to make the repair. He even sent another guy to make repairs WITHOUT notifying me! This guy just walked into my home. (I have it on camera). DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!
