My husband will give it a second try to see if it's worth regular visits, but so far, so good.

She was off that day, though, and the person I got instead did a mediocre job. When she was done, I politely asked her to snip a few loose strands sticking out on one side. Instead of using scissors, she used electric shears and left a noticeable gouge. I made no comment and, with few alternatives, returned six weeks later. The manager was in this time and I was able to get her, but it proved disappointing. She had never met me and had no idea I'd ever been there before, yet her demeaner, from beginning to end, was stern and unfriendly, and the quality of her work was mediocre at best.
