It also had a 5" scratch to the metal in the same area. An appraisal with a "bump & paint dealer shop" was $2000. I ,fortunately found C-D Dent in Midland, MI. Crystal set up an appointment and Duane, his crew magnificently transformed our "black beauty" to brand new! Now their process is "paint less", however Duane took his artistic flair to the scratch (using a GM Paint repair tube set) I purchased beforehand to totally and beautifully paint and erase the deep scratch saving us $1000's of dollars! Their personalized service, craftsmanship and total customer satisfaction has created us as lifelong loyal patrons. Check them out for any dent removal, you will be amazed by their quality of service!

I told the guy I had called and what I needed. His response was rude and told me I needed to drop off my vehicle the night before if I wanted it fixed today. Well, that may have been fine, had he told me that YESTERDAY when I called. There are far too many other mechanics in the area for these people to be so rude. Guess I'll find someone else. Thing is, had they done a good job, I have another vehicle that needs extensive work done, and I'd have gladly brought both vehicles to them. Won't now. As a female, auto shops are a scary place where we tend to be taken advantage of. I will shop around and find a place with much better customer service - where they, at least, lie to me respectfully.
