We traveled to Nashville for a concert, booking only one night planning to go to the concert, spend the night in the hotel and leave the next day. The concert got delayed due to weather until the following night. We found ourselves with no plan for the following day in Nashville. We opted not to stay another night due to work obligations. Parking near Nissan Stadium is awful. Bobby Hotel allowed us to leave our luggage in storage and our car in their valet until after the concert even though we weren't able to book another night's stay. We really appreciated that. Our room was comfortable and very nice. I have nothing but good things to say about the room and the service. I would definitely stay there again. read more

Arrived at the Nash (formerly The Bobby) & given a days advanced notice via text that the outdoor bar was undergoing Reno's. No big deal so we thought. Then learned that the hotel was SO short staffed the roof top bar and roof top pool were closed. Told it was due to Reno's but there was no renovations on the roof top. We wanted to eat in their sit down restaurant for breakfast but we were told to order from their coffee bar (like a Starbucks) and we could seat ourselves in the restaurant. Of course the menu was extremely limited. They returned the $30 daily fee they charge for amenities. And refunded $58 for a couple of watered down cocktails that we had on day 1. Rooms were nice but the floor was uneven causing a tripping hazard. Almost like they took the carpet and covered a large space where no flooring had ever been placed. We will give them a 2nd shot after their renovations are completed. It was sad they would not supply a partial room rate reduction on this $400 a night for the bare basic room. read more

The Nash will rob you for valet parking 151.00 fees for 2 days and surcharges after you tip staff ! Hidden fees charged to during stay. Room does not have a refrigerator you can use it's to sell you overpriced drinks. Elevator has problems reading your room card. Valet and front desk not available 24/7 not available early morning. Loud homeless encounters as you leave the hotel I was mislead into thinking this hotel was nice from the pictures. Dining here was waiting and waiting bees plagued our meal and we were given someone else's bill for dinner. You will not be able to even park here without putting yourself in traffic for valet. Valet service changes your vehicle settings not a big deal but them not being able to retrieve car certainly is bad. Phone link didn't work was charged for extra day 75.00. I booked the Igloo at Camp Bobby for me and my friends while I was visiting TN. I did enjoy the experience and set up but for the minimum to spend ($200+) they should have more food options available. The menu was really just small shareable dishes and nothing we ordered was out of this world. Also the deposit to rent your igloo does not go towards the minimum. Overall it was a cute experience. Food and drinks were ok and they didn't even have a make your own s'mores kit for the kids like I seen at some other igloo experiences. Also another thing that was annoying was the menu was not available anywhere online I could only see the past years and being that it changed I would have booked somewhere else knowing that it was just appetizers offered and the minimum at this igloo experience was much higher than other places that were around $150. They should definitely post the food and drinks options online to help customers know if this experience is worth it! read more

My trip to Nashville was a mix of business and pleasure - the first half I was attending a conference and then I decided to stay a few days to check out more of the city since I had never been here before. During the conference I stayed at the Gaylord Opryland, but I was looking to stay somewhere closer to downtown afterwards. After some research, the Bobby Hotel seemed to check the most boxes for me, so I booked it. Like most of my other hotel reviews, I'll break this down into pros and cons, so here we go! There are a lot of things to like about Bobby, one of the best features in my opinion is the location. You're right around the corner from Printer's Alley and only a couple of blocks from Broadway - for me it was perfect since Broadway can be a little much to be right on top of so I appreciated that I was a few blocks off of all the action. The theming and decor are another pro - it kinda had a music theme to it (because Nashville), with high end finishes, a contemporary design, and a warm color scheme (lots of browns, woods, and reds). The hotel has a lot of amenities - my room was spacoius with a huge minibar and all the features one would expect from a higher end hotel room. My room also had balcony which provided pretty good views of the city. As far as food/drink, they offer room service as well as a restaurant, bar, and cafe off the main lobby. There is also a bar in the basement that connects out to Printer's Alley which I enjoyed. Finally, the roof of the hotel contains another bar, a pool, pickleball court, and a lot of seating - there's also great views of the city from up there. As far as cons, the most annoying one for me personally was the lack of surfaces in my room. Besides one small surface that jut out from the wall, there was really nothing - I get this isn't a hotel aimed towards people on business trips but I would like to have at least had a small table or desk. The balcony was somewhat wasted space - don't get me wrong, I appreciated it but it was too large and the furniture out there didn't fill it well. I sense this hotel used to be an office building so from that perspective they likely had to work with what they had. The halls were weird - they were really dark, like there was a severe lack of lighting there which I didn't understand. I got room service while I was there - food was good but nobody answered the phone when I called so I ended up going through the front desk to place my order. To wrap this up, I gotta give a shout out to the staff - everyone I interacted with was super friendly and really enhanced my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Bobby - the hotel has a lot to offer and it really enhanced my Nashville experience. I'm really conflicted with this review. There were some very cool things and some not so cool things.. First the cool things. The hotel itself is very cool inside. The lobby has a really nice staircase, the sitting areas had eclectic seating, we received a welcome beverage (beer or mocktail), and they allow dogs so we got to see some pups while here. I heard the rooftop bar was very nice for the Camp Bobby going on..and the location is super convenient to visit Printers Alley, which is what we had planned. It's close enough to walk to Broadway for all that honky tonk stuff, but keep in mind you're walking back uphill to the hotel...The room is decorated with an edgy vibe, had some cool table top art books to look through, there were some cool lamps in the room, it was quite spacious, and since I booked during winter, it was decently priced. The in room mini bar is very good. Fridge full of stuff to purchase, they even have snacks and candy, and some hotel merch. All with large price tags, of course. Ok - so the not so great part. First off, the rooftop bar that we had been told was nice wasn't open when we wanted to go, even though the website advertised as so. One thing I specifically liked about this hotel was the fact they have a lobby dog - a dog being rescued and trained for service and I inquired when booking to make sure they do in fact allow petting (cause I needed to hug the dog). I was assured yes absolutely. well guess what? there is no dog. according to the desk clerk, the dog was too aggressive so they took it back to the foster or whatever and wouldn't be getting a new dog for "maybe like 6 months". That was annoying to hear. The pillows are not comfy. Very lumpy and yet flat at the same time. I had to ask for extra and it didn't help. The bed has no comforter. It's literally a hard sheet, another softer sheet, a large towel like blanket, and a top sheet. It was just weird. The bathroom....now this is a strange choice. It's a glass cube in your room. The glass is shaded and not exactly see through, but see through enough that they need curtains to have privacy around it, but be warned it's not private sound wise...you will hear everything in there... The shower....had no door?? Just a half glass panel. I really didn't understand this part - I wasn't able to shower without water getting on the floor in considerable amounts. No usb ports in the room which bummed me out because I assumed every hotel in this day and age would have these, so I left my power adapter at home. No coffee maker in the room. Yes, they will offer to bring you coffee in the morning, but only between 5-7am and that's annoying. I'd much rather have a coffee maker to do my own when I want it. No ice maker on floor - had to call the desk to have them bring it to you. Honestly it just feels like they design it to where they require you to have them bring stuff to get more tips.. We wanted to go to the dive bar, but it was also closed the day we wanted to go. And the final issue was that housekeeping threw away my food that I had kept on the bedside table. It was an uneaten large gourmet brownie that I had purchased, and there wasn't any room in their mini fridge to keep it in, so I left it covered in the room. Very frustrated they trashed my stuff. And all I got was a sheepish sorry from the desk for it. Just irked me. So...For the convenience of area and the general design and aesthetic, it was a great place. But for some basic amenities that lacked in a boutique hotel, I wasn't impressed. I probably wouldn't come here again, but glad to have tried it out once. read more

Oh where to start! My mother and I stayed at The Bobby for the first time on our recent visit to Nashville. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were in awe! It was so chic, unique, and stunning! The lobby was beautiful with a grand staircase and eclectic decor. It was very clean, with a pleasant, fragrant aroma, and the staff/valet was extremely friendly and accommodating. The valet service was professional and very helpful in getting our bags and car. The location is perfect, not too close to the rowdiness of the downtown, but not too far from it either. There is a Walgreens nearby, which is convenient. It is within walking distance of the main attractions downtown and easy to navigate. Now our room was stylish with flair and bold color combinations. There was so much detail in the room and it really added to our experience. While the room wasn't super spacious, it wasn't cramped. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the high quality bathrobes they provided. The bathroom was also very nice. It was beautifully tiled and had a large, round, lit mirror. The rainfall shower head was a luxury with great pressure, providing for very hot, steamy showers. We both liked the storage compartments and closet space as well. There are many drinks and snacks provided by the hotel available in the room for purchase. The rooftop bar is a cannot-miss. During our stay it was centered around a "Camp Bobby" theme. The rooftop had a bunch of "igloos" available for groups to rent out. There is a retro bus on the rooftop as well adding to the unique flair of the whole experience. It all comes together to provide for a truly different experience. We enjoyed spending time up there Friday evening and sitting by one of their fire pits. It has a great view of the city too. This hotel pays fine attention to detail to provide their guests with a memorable experience. Between the various amenities, to the decor, and service this hotel is just above and beyond. The ambiance is unbeatable and I felt like our trip wouldn't have been the same if had stayed elsewhere. We really appreciated the retro car theme which was evident in the chandelier in the lobby and the antique Bobby car parked outside the hotel. The Bobby is the perfect hotel for a one of the kind stay and I would 100% recommend staying here in Nashville. read more

I experienced a terrifying and unacceptable safety violation at this hotel. At 3:30 AM, while I was sleeping in my room, the front desk gave my room key to a man who was not on my reservation and had no proof of ID or authorization. He used that key to enter my room. I yelled "this is not your room" ti which the man replied " oh sorry wrong key". I called down to the front desk. I told them a man just entered my room with a key. They said "try and calm down we will send security to look for him". Security called me back and asked if I knew him and tried to tell me he gave them my name and room number. No he didn't but even if he did his name was not on the reservation and they didn't even call my room to confirm. I said "I don't know him and that's not right". They said "we located the man and made him leave the building". WHAT?He wasn't even supposed to be in the hotel!!! As a woman traveling, I cannot express how traumatic and frightening this was. I was abruptly awakened by a stranger entering my space in the middle of the night--a place I trusted would be secure. I live with anxiety, and the emotional toll this incident has taken on me has been severe. I was unable to sleep afterward and still feel unsafe. I reported the incident immediately, but the hotel's response has been deeply disappointing so far. They said the manager wasn't there on a Monday morning & still wasn't there by 1pm so they sent the housekeeping manage to talk to me. As nice as she was, she wasn't authorized to help much. I've filed a formal complaint and am pursuing this matter further, including the police report I've already filed, due to the serious breach of duty and guest safety. 24 hours later I still haven't heard from anyone from the hotel. If you value your security, especially as a woman traveler, I strongly urge you to reconsider staying here until this hotel implements proper security protocols. No one should have to go through what I did. read more

Wanted to give Bobby Hotel five stars but the staff loss them a couple! We were s group of eight women staying at Bobby Hotel for a girls trip in celebration of a birthday and a graduation. We had two rooms, one of which was ADA compliant. The rooms were a nice size and our friend was able to move about using her walker. One suggestion for the room is to add power outlets on the side of the bed near the bathroom so whoever is sleeping there has a place to charge their devices. This hotel is quite lovely and it's in a great area - central to everything. I really enjoyed the coffee shop every day of my stay and the rooftop bar is quite nice too! The gym was small but had everything one could need for a vacation workout. The rooftop was terribly small though. As mentioned, the hotel staff loss this hotel their five star rating due to their lack of customer service. One of the women in our group was a breastfeeding mom who called in advance to ask about storing milk in the hotel freezer the night before we departed so it would not spoil during her trip back home. The night before we departed she handed her milk to the woman working the front desk who assured her it would be placed in the freezer. The next morning when we were exiting about 5am, the woman working the front desk (not the same women from the night before) could not locate said milk. After getting security to let her go look for herself, she found her milk on the counter where it sat all night. This was a huge problem as the night shift front desk associate said the milk would be frozen which was clearly a lie. If she was unable to freeze the milk, she should have said that but instead she provided lackluster customer service and left a baby without milk which is like gold to a mom. I hope the staff considers moms and their needs in the future! read more

We stayed at the Bobby Hotel on a Father Son trip to see the Titans and Tour Makers Mark. The staff was helpful and friendly. The first night the hotel had a water leak and immediately booked a room at the Westin. The second night we relaxed on the roof. They had a great bus (yes a bus)converted into a sitting area and multiple transparent igloos to avoid the cold weather. The service at the rooftop bar was excellent. We had ribs and chicken. This is an old office building converted into hotel, so the layout of the rooms is a little funky, but cool IMO. My room was dirty, as in trash left over from the previous guest. The towels are so scratchy, toiletries were not good quality. The last day there, the cleaning lady left her rag in my room and I almost stepped on a big piece of GLASS. This review is in regards to the restaurant and the rooftop bar. The restaurant menu is designed for sharing and our server explained our dishes would come out in the order they were presented in the menu. I ordered the risotto, which had a nice flavor and was perfectly cooked. The portions are very small so if you're hungry, you'll need to order quite a few dishes. Afterwards, we decided to go up to the rooftop bar. It's spacious with artificial grass and a few lawn games. I went to the bar to order a beer. The bartender told me it was $7.00, which I left a $10. I was with another person in my party, which ordered a drink. Once I received my beer, I went back to my friends. Approximately 10 minutes later, one of the bartenders came up to my table telling us we owed him more money. When I asked him about leaving him $10 for a $7.00 beer, he said he thought the money I left was the tip. read more

The location of this hotel is great--but that's where the positives end. We checked in at 4:30 PM (after the posted 4:00 PM check-in time) and were told our room might not be ready. When we got to Room 303, it reeked of dog urine near the entryway. This is supposed to be a pet-friendly hotel, but clearly cleanliness and odor control are not a priority. There are no coffee makers in the room, so your only option is to request delivery between 5 AM and 7 AM. When I called the front desk at 2:30 PM to request housekeeping, the staff sounded irritated--and I was shocked the room hadn't been cleaned that late in the day. Only two towels were provided for a king room, the toiletries were partially used, and there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The pool is very small and looks tired, with worn-out furniture badly in need of replacement. The rooftop bar is also very small, and if they're hosting a private event (which happened during our stay), hotel guests are left with almost no access to the space. The most serious issue: I left my keys (with an AirTag) and three belts in the nightstand drawer. When I got home and realized it, I called immediately. The front desk claimed nothing had been found--even though the AirTag still shows the keys at the hotel. Housekeeping never turned anything in, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. I've made several attempts to contact hotel management and have been completely ignored. No calls. No follow-up. To make matters worse, we still haven't received an itemized receipt, and the charge is pending on two credit cards because we changed the payment method to earn points. I really regret not reading the negative reviews--they're spot-on and match my experience. There are clearly systemic issues here with cleanliness, communication, and guest service. read more

How cute is the story about the dog in the lobby?? We didn't stay here, but went to the rooftop bar for happy hour. Super cool! Great drink prices from 3-6pm? Be sure and sit on the bus seats and get a hibiscus margarita. The snacks were not very good (we got sliders and fries) but the experience and views were with it. When done, go downstairs and walk over to the Bobby Bar. Make some requests on the old school juke box and add your artistic touch to the graffiti on the walls, floors and everywhere else. I booked four nights at The Bobby to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. I booked it off ticktock recommendations. Worst mistake EVER!! We were surprised that there were closed businesses in that neighborhood. They were all being renovated. We had a walk, several blocks to the Kid Rock bar and the better part of downtown Nashville. Paid for a King suite. As soon as we walked into the room, I couldn't believe that that was their standard of a king suite! The carpet was old and raggedy red color with horrible stains. Reminded me of ugly carpet in old Vegas casinos. We open the window to see our view, and it was air conditioners. The room was hot. The shower was filthy. The sheets were stained! I called front desk to show a manager. She agreed to change our room, but not until the following day, which is downgrade to a regular king room, she walked us through the room on day 2 I pointed out somebody's green dirty T-shirt in the corner of the "clean room" We went back to get our luggage because we didn't even unpack. Another manager walk us back into the second room. I asked housekeeping if they could clean the shower because it was so filthy, he said he had no disinfectant!!!! comes back gives us the spray bottle and Lysol wipes. We brought the Lysol spray. I booked this room through Booking.com and paid $2000.00 for Mon-Thurs 4/22- 4-25-2024. We were beyond disgusted and felt the room is very unsanitary so we called Booking.com who called the front desk manager. Booking.com asked for us to be reimbursed for a downgraded room. The manager declined. We're from California in Nashville for the first time we had had no where else to go! had already prepaid the room. We had no other choice but to stay. If you are thinking about planning an event at the Bobby Hotel, absolutely do it! I had a meeting with 65 attendees and everything was excellent. Katie Skodinski, who was our Sales Manager, was very easy to work with and explained everything so I would know what to expect. Katie was my first point of contact. After the details of the contract were worked out, I then had the pleasure of working with Diane Walker, the Conference Manager. Diane was so thorough and almost knew what I was going to ask before I even asked. Planning a meeting for that many people (all with hotel rooms for a minimum of 2 nights) can be overwhelming but Diane talked me through every step of the process. Once on the property, the staff truly exceeded my expectations. A couple of more shoutouts - Sameh and Ramoon - they deserve to be recognized. The food through the two-day conference was delicious and definitely not your average hotel food. Again, Diane walked me through the food and beverage menu to help me with my choices. I also had two team members who are vegans and the chef prepared separate menu items for them as well. And finally the rooms, did I mention the rooms??? The rooms were so nice; we had all sorts of rooms from a one-bedroom suite (ridiculously gorgeous) to a studio suite, to deluxe suites, to standard king rooms - every one of them was great. I had zero complaints from any of my team members. The Bobby Hotel is convenient to Broadway and has everything you could possibly need for your business meeting. Beautiful boutique hotel with a gym, spa, cafe, pool, restaurant, and a rooftop bar. The modern decor inside the hotel is breath-taking and very photogenic, and looks like it is right out of a movie. Perfect location of the hotel, able to walk to Broadway and several restaurants in the area. The room itself was a good size; however the tv is placed in an odd location (hard to see from both beds in the room) and I was surprised there was no shampoo or conditioner. The massage at the spa was great (but expensive). Was here for a Bachelorette party and did not get to try the pool, rooftop bar, or restaurant so no comments on those! read more

Back in February, the weekend prior to the tornado, we were in town for a conference and some of my colleagues stayed at the Bobby Hotel. During the night, we would join them at the rooftop bar. Those little igloos provided so much! Shelter from the snow, hail and rain, games, drinks and food! It was perfect. Away from the bustling and at times crazy downtown Broadway area, we were secluded and able to hear each other. The food was delicious and the drink menu was plentiful. We didn't stay overnight, but we did visit a few of the rooms and they were spacious and clean. Very modern with a few surprises, like the glass bathroom doors. Awesome location, friendly staff, great rooftop... their event however are highly disappointing. I received an email inviting me to join a Memorial Day Pool Party on the rooftop of the Bobby hotel. I have attached that email below. I then registered for a ticket and valet parking. I arrived 3ish minutes early and the host in the lobby said don't worry people are already up there. I went to the roof, went to enter the pool, only to be told we didn't have pool access. They they pulled someone behind the bar and another gentleman to discuss if "pool party guest" were allow to use the pool. They decided no unless I wanted to pay a $50 fee. I'm my industry that's what we call a bait and switch or a breech of contract. They tried to say it was now a "roof top party" which is funny because the rooftop has an open access bar year around that people could visit without registering or a ticket. So, instead of purchasing food and drink at the Bobby who is running events that seem rather scammy, we went to the pool down street. I've attached the original email as well as my ticket purchase both specifying that this is indeed a pool party and not a "roof top look at the pool from a distance" party. They have since changed the online advertisement at well, which feels even shadier since it was "sold out". I usually visit several times in the winter for the igloos and hit up the rooftop for drinks on a nice day, but I guess I'll be sticking to Noelle and Fairlane instead because they've never lied to me. I will shout out the valet who went and got my car less than 5 minutes after parking it and refused my tip money. He apologized as well for our disappointment in the event, even though he was in no way tied to anything that happened. read more

The Bobby Hotel has a lot to offer! The cafe at the Bobby has a great coffee bar. Both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of seating in both. Upstairs they have a rooftop lounge complete with the famous rooftop bus. Great bar area with cocktails, wine, and beer. A small pool and cabana area for hotel guests. The rooftop is complete with a turfed game area so have a few drinks while you play. Also the hotel is dog friendly so bring your best friend! read more

This review is for Camp Bobby not the hotel itself. Igloos and winter decor are very cool and a great concept. The night we were there (Saturday night) they weren't as busy as most Nashville bars but service from the bar was really slow. Cocktails and mocktails were great, food was average. Music that fits the vibe would be helpful for the overall ambience and the seating in the igloos are fairly uncomfortable. read more

A quick getaway, meeting my husband in Nashville. We chose this hotel for its location. It turned out to be an amazing stay! Everybody was super friendly, and we met the best bartender! Axel! Our bartender gave us the inside scoop on all the really neat places to visit he took time to write out things to do & see- we woke up on Saturday and found all the cute places mid town (where we divided we would enjoy more).....that Axel had suggested after spending time talking to us and asking (in between delish drinks he made) what we enjoyed most. Although the pool at Bobby isn't very big and I was hoping to relax and read a book (there was nothing but good times up there )...the views and the cool RV thingy made it worth the visit rooftop. We enjoyed dinner Saturday night at Jeff Ruby down the street (short walk) and the ice cream shop and video arcade bar Axel suggested! Complete with Goonies theme that weekend! This review is just for the rooftop bar. My friend I accidentally stumbled upon during a recent visit. We were trying to escape the madness in Printer's Alley and trying to find a quiet place for a nightcap. We wandered into the ground floor bar. It was tiny and loud. Then we took the stairs to the next bar on the main level. It was empty, but the bartender asked if we'd seen the rooftop? We duly went up to the roof and were mesmerized. What a cute place! The roof is decked out for winter with adorable plastic igloos, private tiny cabins, fire pits and cozy nooks and crannies. There's an old airstream and a bus up there, too. The view was amazing. The drinks are stupid expensive, though. $28 for a rum and diet coke and a vodka soda. Still, take a peek. read more

An upscale boutique hotel that is perfectly positioned to be a 5-star hotel with a bit more work...and for the price, the owners should make the investment. Excellent location adjacent to and in walking distance of Broadway, the Ryland, the arena, and the stadium. Hotel frontage, lobby, and halls present very well--welcoming, clean, upscale vibe. Attentive staff at desk and valet; in the restaurant, not so much. The suite was nice, aside from a problem with the locking mechanism on the door--which the cleaning staff should have noted rather than leaving the door ajar with all our stuff inside, not once but twice. The suite had a nice view of Nissan Stadium, a cool tub, a bathroom,and a powder room, and plenty of space. Why not 5-stars?: For the cost of the three night stay--not inexpensive--there was no microwave; no coffeemaker; $52/day valet service charge; poor restaurant service--we ended up leaving after waiting to be seated in a darn near empty restaurant; a too small shower curtain, and the malfunctioning door lock. So, next visit, will try something up the road a bit. read more

This is one of the cutest hotels I've ever been to. It's located in Downtown, which is a great location for your typical tourist. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Theres a Wells Fargo right next door. Be careful while you're driving around, there are a few one way streets. If you have a car, they offer valet services (which is very convenient). Its difficult to find street parking. Make sure you keep the ticket they give you so they know which car belongs to you. The rooms are very modern and come with a mini bar. The food in the mini bar is actually affordable. The bathroom is spacious. The front desk is very helpful. Gave us great suggestions on where to eat in town. There was a bar in the lobby, which was pretty busy at night. Theres also a rooftop bar! The bar is a school bus. I went in February and they had individual igloos with a fire pit in each of them. Ooh, this hotel was awesome. I had Instagram-stalked them beforehand and it looked super nice, and definitely was. I arrived Wednesday for a work trip, very early, around 9am, so I didn't expect my room to be ready. I ventured out for breakfast and then hung out in the lobby for a few hours before my room was ready. I got to meet Sasha, the hotel dog, who also does tricks (so cute!). My room was ready around 1:20pm. The rooms here are HUGE and also gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable, as well, and although I was a little bummed there was no bathtub, the shower was great. Some of the people in our group also said their rooms had balconies, but mine did not. A few tiny picky things that do not detract from their 5-star rating that I'm giving them: -I'm 5'5 and had to stand on my tippy toes to reach/move the shower head - maybe lower it a bit? -I was surprised the mini bar had a key. Was fine but I had to use it every time to store (the complimentary) water in it so it would be cold. -The toilet paper roll is kind of behind and to the side of the toilet, which is hard to reach. I ended up just taking it off and leaving it on the floor near the toilet. Customer service here is fantastic as well, they will go out of their way for you. One person in our group said his room's carpet got soaked because of the balcony door, and they offered him free breakfast the next day. Speaking of which, forgot to add, the hotel has a restaurant and also a coffee shop. The rooftop currently has igloos you can rent as well as a pool, but it was a bit too cold for that this trip. Well done, Bobby! Would definitely stay here again. read more
