    Food selection - only appetizers
    Amanda D.

I booked the Igloo at Camp Bobby for me and my friends while I was visiting TN. I did enjoy the experience and set up but for the minimum to spend ($200+) they should have more food options available. The menu was really just small shareable dishes and nothing we ordered was out of this world. Also the deposit to rent your igloo does not go towards the minimum. Overall it was a cute experience. Food and drinks were ok and they didn't even have a make your own s'mores kit for the kids like I seen at some other igloo experiences. Also another thing that was annoying was the menu was not available anywhere online I could only see the past years and being that it changed I would have booked somewhere else knowing that it was just appetizers offered and the minimum at this igloo experience was much higher than other places that were around $150. They should definitely post the food and drinks options online to help customers know if this experience is worth it!

My trip to Nashville was a mix of business and pleasure - the first half I was attending a conference and then I decided to stay a few days to check out more of the city since I had never been here before. During the conference I stayed at the Gaylord Opryland, but I was looking to stay somewhere closer to downtown afterwards. After some research, the Bobby Hotel seemed to check the most boxes for me, so I booked it. Like most of my other hotel reviews, I'll break this down into pros and cons, so here we go! There are a lot of things to like about Bobby, one of the best features in my opinion is the location. You're right around the corner from Printer's Alley and only a couple of blocks from Broadway - for me it was perfect since Broadway can be a little much to be right on top of so I appreciated that I was a few blocks off of all the action. The theming and decor are another pro - it kinda had a music theme to it (because Nashville), with high end finishes, a contemporary design, and a warm color scheme (lots of browns, woods, and reds). The hotel has a lot of amenities - my room was spacoius with a huge minibar and all the features one would expect from a higher end hotel room. My room also had balcony which provided pretty good views of the city. As far as food/drink, they offer room service as well as a restaurant, bar, and cafe off the main lobby. There is also a bar in the basement that connects out to Printer's Alley which I enjoyed. Finally, the roof of the hotel contains another bar, a pool, pickleball court, and a lot of seating - there's also great views of the city from up there. As far as cons, the most annoying one for me personally was the lack of surfaces in my room. Besides one small surface that jut out from the wall, there was really nothing - I get this isn't a hotel aimed towards people on business trips but I would like to have at least had a small table or desk. The balcony was somewhat wasted space - don't get me wrong, I appreciated it but it was too large and the furniture out there didn't fill it well. I sense this hotel used to be an office building so from that perspective they likely had to work with what they had. The halls were weird - they were really dark, like there was a severe lack of lighting there which I didn't understand. I got room service while I was there - food was good but nobody answered the phone when I called so I ended up going through the front desk to place my order. To wrap this up, I gotta give a shout out to the staff - everyone I interacted with was super friendly and really enhanced my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Bobby - the hotel has a lot to offer and it really enhanced my Nashville experience. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit the city.

Drawer of mini bar stuff for purchase

I'm really conflicted with this review. There were some very cool things and some not so cool things.. First the cool things. The hotel itself is very cool inside. The lobby has a really nice staircase, the sitting areas had eclectic seating, we received a welcome beverage (beer or mocktail), and they allow dogs so we got to see some pups while here. I heard the rooftop bar was very nice for the Camp Bobby going on..and the location is super convenient to visit Printers Alley, which is what we had planned. It's close enough to walk to Broadway for all that honky tonk stuff, but keep in mind you're walking back uphill to the hotel...The room is decorated with an edgy vibe, had some cool table top art books to look through, there were some cool lamps in the room, it was quite spacious, and since I booked during winter, it was decently priced. The in room mini bar is very good. Fridge full of stuff to purchase, they even have snacks and candy, and some hotel merch. All with large price tags, of course. Ok - so the not so great part. First off, the rooftop bar that we had been told was nice wasn't open when we wanted to go, even though the website advertised as so. One thing I specifically liked about this hotel was the fact they have a lobby dog - a dog being rescued and trained for service and I inquired when booking to make sure they do in fact allow petting (cause I needed to hug the dog). I was assured yes absolutely. well guess what? there is no dog. according to the desk clerk, the dog was too aggressive so they took it back to the foster or whatever and wouldn't be getting a new dog for "maybe like 6 months". That was annoying to hear. The pillows are not comfy. Very lumpy and yet flat at the same time. I had to ask for extra and it didn't help. The bed has no comforter. It's literally a hard sheet, another softer sheet, a large towel like blanket, and a top sheet. It was just weird. The bathroom....now this is a strange choice. It's a glass cube in your room. The glass is shaded and not exactly see through, but see through enough that they need curtains to have privacy around it, but be warned it's not private sound wise...you will hear everything in there... The shower....had no door?? Just a half glass panel. I really didn't understand this part - I wasn't able to shower without water getting on the floor in considerable amounts. No usb ports in the room which bummed me out because I assumed every hotel in this day and age would have these, so I left my power adapter at home. No coffee maker in the room. Yes, they will offer to bring you coffee in the morning, but only between 5-7am and that's annoying. I'd much rather have a coffee maker to do my own when I want it. No ice maker on floor - had to call the desk to have them bring it to you. Honestly it just feels like they design it to where they require you to have them bring stuff to get more tips.. We wanted to go to the dive bar, but it was also closed the day we wanted to go. And the final issue was that housekeeping threw away my food that I had kept on the bedside table. It was an uneaten large gourmet brownie that I had purchased, and there wasn't any room in their mini fridge to keep it in, so I left it covered in the room. Very frustrated they trashed my stuff. And all I got was a sheepish sorry from the desk for it. Just irked me. So...For the convenience of area and the general design and aesthetic, it was a great place. But for some basic amenities that lacked in a boutique hotel, I wasn't impressed. I probably wouldn't come here again, but glad to have tried it out once.

This is a very nice boutique hotel but not practical at all. It is very dark in the hallways and room. Very disappointed with the bed; it was very uncomfortable. The shower was worse! There is no empty fridge, no water expect for certain times in the lobby. No coffee machine in the room. Paid $6 for a very watered down coffee. The only thing I liked was the igloo at the rooftop. I was excited they had a room with a balcony. The chairs were so uncomfortable. The roof view and less than desirable. I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here for a work trip and it was luxurious. Nice shower that is warm and spacious. Love the black tile. Obsessed with the bathroom circular mirror and light. Bed is soft. Plenty of outlets. Love the lights underneath the bed. The quirky designs of guitars and music stuff on the dressers are fun to look at. Nice headboard. Feels luxurious rocker vibes. Up top is so nice to hang out on. The bus is fun, great views. Plenty of sunshine. Bean bag toss. The gym is available. Basic dumb bells. Treadmills and step machines. Nothing crazy nice. Bathrooms there. Friendly service. Donny helped me out at reception and was kind.

Oh where to start! My mother and I stayed at The Bobby for the first time on our recent visit to Nashville. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were in awe! It was so chic, unique, and stunning! The lobby was beautiful with a grand staircase and eclectic decor. It was very clean, with a pleasant, fragrant aroma, and the staff/valet was extremely friendly and accommodating. The valet service was professional and very helpful in getting our bags and car. The location is perfect, not too close to the rowdiness of the downtown, but not too far from it either. There is a Walgreens nearby, which is convenient. It is within walking distance of the main attractions downtown and easy to navigate. Now our room was stylish with flair and bold color combinations. There was so much detail in the room and it really added to our experience. While the room wasn't super spacious, it wasn't cramped. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the high quality bathrobes they provided. The bathroom was also very nice. It was beautifully tiled and had a large, round, lit mirror. The rainfall shower head was a luxury with great pressure, providing for very hot, steamy showers. We both liked the storage compartments and closet space as well. There are many drinks and snacks provided by the hotel available in the room for purchase. The rooftop bar is a cannot-miss. During our stay it was centered around a "Camp Bobby" theme. The rooftop had a bunch of "igloos" available for groups to rent out. There is a retro bus on the rooftop as well adding to the unique flair of the whole experience. It all comes together to provide for a truly different experience. We enjoyed spending time up there Friday evening and sitting by one of their fire pits. It has a great view of the city too. This hotel pays fine attention to detail to provide their guests with a memorable experience. Between the various amenities, to the decor, and service this hotel is just above and beyond. The ambiance is unbeatable and I felt like our trip wouldn't have been the same if had stayed elsewhere. We really appreciated the retro car theme which was evident in the chandelier in the lobby and the antique Bobby car parked outside the hotel. The Bobby is the perfect hotel for a one of the kind stay and I would 100% recommend staying here in Nashville.

We live the Bobby Hotel rooftop bar and pickleball. I recently discovered the Bobby in a work trip and had two groups at the rooftop "backyard" bar. Great pickleball court that can be rented by the hour. Loved the bar, food and Edwin's excellent service! The bus lounge was super cool too. Can't wait to go back!

Really stunning hotel. Great location to stay while in Nashville, about a five minute walk to Broadway. The lobby is stunning, there is a cafe and bar at your convenience. Warm fire place to cozy up by in the Winter. The room was spacious and clean. Only complaint about the room is they're very dark, could use more lighting especially by the mirror outside the bathroom. Overall great experience staying here!

The second-floor lobby is the best. Push layout when you can hear the crowd below at a lower level creating a relaxing area.

We stayed at the Bobby Hotel on a Father Son trip to see the Titans and Tour Makers Mark. The staff was helpful and friendly. The first night the hotel had a water leak and immediately booked a room at the Westin. The second night we relaxed on the roof. They had a great bus (yes a bus)converted into a sitting area and multiple transparent igloos to avoid the cold weather. The service at the rooftop bar was excellent. We had ribs and chicken. This boutique hotel is a destination. An event. An experience. We will go again, and I can't wait.

This hotel is meh at best, and for the price that it is, expected wayyyyyy more. Lobby is gorgeous, smells divine, and that's where the allure stops. This is an old office building converted into hotel, so the layout of the rooms is a little funky, but cool IMO. My room was dirty, as in trash left over from the previous guest. The towels are so scratchy, toiletries were not good quality. The last day there, the cleaning lady left her rag in my room and I almost stepped on a big piece of GLASS. Location and hotel lobby are the best features of this hotel.

They cheapened the breakfast and the nightly snacks/bar drinks. We stayed 3 nights and given the cost was 293+ tax the first night 393+ tax and 493+ tax for the Friday night, they are really taken advantage of people coming to Nashville. I am a Platinum Marriott Member and Gold Hilton Member and usually stay there. The first room we were given was on the lowest floor overlooking their rooftop with air conditioners. I was able to change it for a 19th floor room with a city view. Back to breakfast....All 3 days was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, square potatoes, biscuits and gravy. They had a large grill but were not doing omelets. They did them in the past. You could make a waffle using the same units at all hotels like Hampton and Holiday Inn Express. Higher end hotels will make them for you. They had apples, bananas and oranges. The bowl of fruit (matched the hampton's) but there's was wilted and soggy (cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple and grapes). Last day they had non. Milk was out of a machine and yogurt was 1 flavor along with hardboiled eggs. They did have pancakes off to the side by the grill and cheese you could add to your eggs. The "fantastic" sitback and enjoy spread was a joke. 1 night pseudo chicken alfredo. Another night horrible pork bbq and tacos the last. All nights had baked potatoes and chips with salsa. My wife was shocked at how downhill it went. You were given 3 bar tickets per person. They now limited you to 5 specialty drinks (1 being Margarita, 1 cherry flavoring with vodka and sprite with sour mix ) or regular water downed drinks The only positive was you could get fountain pop all day. From 4 to 8pm they popped popcorn in the lobby. I had to remind them 1 day. The fitness center was nice but the pool didn't open until 9AM. I wanted to do at 830 before heading out. I am on eastern time while they are on central time. There is no restaurants in the hotel. I don't count the bar with limited options for food. See my pictures for the menu. The rooms are very basic. They were clean. I had to chase the cleaning staff each day for more towels and even toilet paper! The hotel has no concierge. Parking is $42 a night for self-park. The location is very convenient but so are several other hotels.

I was able to book our 4 nights through a combination of Hilton Points and my annual free night off my Amex credit card. Such a deal! And as a Diamond member, I had use of the Executive Lounge and a $30 food and beverage credit. We all had a very pleasant stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the shower water was hot and strong, and we slept well. Our window faced towards the Hockey Arena, and there was selective Broadway-related noise in the evening. That became background noise soon enough that really didn't affect sleep. However, I suspect that this Hotel is due for some refurbishment as the armrests on the couch were worn and at least one cabinet molding came off. Housekeeping sometimes came late in the day, and after they skipped us after the first night, we made it a point to remind them. As for the $30 food credit, we used the convenient coffee kiosk by the elevators often. Fruit, cookie bars, coffee, and other snacks were often available at the Executive Lounge, although I found this to be one more basic offerings that I'd experienced with Hilton. We didn't really figure out how to have a proper breakfast here, but there were plenty of excellent choices within a short walking distance. The Italian restaurant (separate review) was a pleasant surprise one night for dinner, in terms of value, good food, and excellent service. Then there were the 3 elevator banks, one of which was out-of-service, and required knowing that there were 2 call buttons to keep track of. Parts of the day did require some waiting as every floor (of 10) was often in play. As we headed back to the airport yesterday, I agree with my brother-in-laws comment that with all the location and room positives, this hotel lacked a certain character. Maybe it was size, maybe it was good service without a lot of personality, or maybe because of where they are, they can mail it in occasionally. Or maybe the little things we noticed started to add up. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but if there's a next time for Nashville, I might look at some of their other nearby options.

I arrived yesterday so that I could meet…read morewith my colleagues and also pick them up at the airport as they arrived from international and domestic origin points. To be honest, this hotel is on a whole another level than what I normally do. Since the conference is here, and we have a booth, I drove up from the Atlanta suburbs. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jon, who was the first valet that got to me. Super friendly, and helpful. I owe him an apology, I thought I gave him the keys but since it wasn't my normal vehicle I apparently kept them in my pocket. He had every right to call me an idiot but he was laughing with me as I sheepishly handed them over. Josh helped me unload my car, with my suitcase, and boxes full of stuff for our booth exhibit that will be set up on Tuesday afternoon. Friendly guy, helped me get a luggage cart and get to the front desk. From there, Jon was the person tasked with helping me get my bags upstairs to my room. Jon was awesome, talked about places to go, what's around, and if I needed any advice he could help. I grabbed a map and he took a pen and marked where the hotel was so I could get my bearings easily. Raj was manning the desk where I was waiting, and he was also really professional and courteous. Was able to accommodate me with an early check in, so that I could put all my things away. My room is epic, I have a great view of the ATT building (the "Batman") and some of the rooftops on Broadway (I think?) This morning I went out to grab two more colleagues. Valet Parking has in and out privileges so Austin was the guy who not only got my car...but later I realized I left a bag and my room fan when I came back. Austin was kind enough to grab them for me without bringing the car around. I appreciate this top level attention and service. So many things around this area. Food options, Assembly Food Hall, 5th and Broadway, Bridgestone arena. Loving it so far, it's my first time in Nashville proper and I am here all week. Can't wait! Thanks to the team that have helped me so far: Joe, Josh, Jon, Austin, and Raj! Grateful to have experienced this property and hope to be back for personal reasons someday.

Rooms were quiet, well laid out and comfortable. Bathroom and beds were more than adequate. Nice…read morebreakfast and bar with friendly, efficient staff. Great location too. Check-in experience was fairly well below par but that was the only ding. Maybe she was new. She was friendly so everything worked out. We didn't check out the amenities like pool and exercise room. There's a coffee shop off the lobby that is excellent and a little bar/restaurant that had fantastic food and decent entertainment. It pretty much has it all. A nice bonus is that if you don't use housekeeping they donate a meal to a local operation. That was a nice feature and we used it. I don't need a fresh towel or a made bed when someone else needs food. I think we would return here when we come back to town. Definitely recommend it!
