The driver accelerated through multiple stop signs without slowing, creating a serious danger to children, pedestrians, and other motorists. When I attempted to call out the unsafe behavior, the driver decided to drive past me and shouted an explicit insult ("Go f*** yourself") from the vehicle. This conduct is both dangerous and highly unprofessional, especially for someone representing your company. I am deeply disappointed by the disregard for public safety and hope this matter is addressed promptly.

I would not use this company again. I contracted Colin to remove some dirt and debris from my yard…read more Prior to the job start, I met Colin at my house and he explained his process and I detailed what I wanted done. He specifically stated that they would use a shovel to hand dig around the asphalt so they wouldn't cause any damage. The day of the job he brought in another gentleman to operate the excavator. The operator went straight into a pile of debris right by my asphalt and took a 10"x10" chunk out of it and caused a crack leading to my house. All 3 of us were there and witnessed this happen. I asked them about it and neither of them acknowledged my question and continued to work. Before we started I showed them a back section of the yard I specifically wanted gone. Colin kept saying that he understood what I was asking, but they kept excavating the wrong part of the yard. I continued to try to clarify that wasn't what I was looking for and then Colin just walked away from me in a huff. I then went up to the operator himself to try and explain and the response I got was "I'm trying really hard to be nice to you right now" . Which was a surprisingly aggressive response to receive when you're asking the people who are removing dirt on your property to remove the correct dirt. At the end, the operator dumped a bucket of dirt over the crack to intentionally cover it up and then he left the job site without letting me know he was leaving or confirming with me that the job was done. Colin was ready to leave as well, but thankfully I hadn't paid him yet, so I went back over to the crack to address it with him. It was only after I called him out for it A SECOND TIME at the very end that he took responsibility and acknowledged the damage. Colin did have someone come out and fix the asphalt, but only because he got caught. If you do use him, make sure you supervise the entire job.

All Family Gutter Cleaning isn't a clever name. It's literal…read more Dad owns the business and works on site, supervising every job. Mom answers the phone and handles communication. Their daughter and son are on the ladders and roofs doing the installation. When they say family business, they mean it. They do everything: cleaning, installation, gutter guards, repairs, service. I needed a complete overhaul. This was the best experience I've ever had, start to finish. Mom answered my first call. Professional, friendly, clear, got me scheduled fast. When Dad came out for the estimate, he walked the property, explained what was wrong with my existing system, and laid out exactly what they'd do to fix it. No upselling. Just honest assessment and a very fair price. My old gutter system wad a disaster. Poorly engineered, poorly maintained, falling apart. I'd been afraid of rain for six months because water was overflowing everywhere it shouldn't. All Family came in, tore out the entire system, removed parts that didn't need to be there, installed high-quality materials and gutter guards that actually made sense for the house. Half a day. Done. With the gutter guards they installed, I won't need to clean my gutters for at least five years. No ladders. No scooping leaves. They found rotted wood behind the section over my porch. Replaced it. Didn't ask for more money. Just fixed it because it needed fixing. When your family name is on the business, you can't cut corners. Your reputation goes home with you every night. Everything's guaranteed for five years. Dad said he's coming back in five years to check the system and make sure everything's still working right. That's service. I'm looking forward to the next rainstorm now. Not dreading it. Waiting for it. If your gutters are a disaster, if you're dreading the next rainstorm, call All Family. You'll get people who treat you like you're family.
