Fantastic mechanics. Easy to deal with and great communication. They called me, went over what they found wrong, and had an exact price to fix it. They also completed the repair same day. WOW!! This for sure beats an national brand store that take forever and are double the price. I first met Bobbitt Boys one a day my cars alternator went while driving to work. They came towed my car and had it fixed thats day so I only had to miss one day of work. I was so grateful and i have not went anywhere since. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone needing anything done from oil change to engine work. I literally pulled in and waited for a total of 15 minutes and my oil was changed, a complete 31 point inspection and my car was swept out and i was paying the bill. I'm not one for writing reviews, but I must share my experience. I went to this establishment because my tire indicator came on and I was in the area. I was on my way back to Pennsylvania. I was greeted warmly and asked what was the problem. After observing several cars being repaired. I asked if they had time to look at my tires and why the indicator light was on. I was answered with "we will make the time" and repaired the tire immediately. After about ten minutes, I was handed a nail taken from one of the tires. The tire was repaired and I was on my way. I love this business so much! We texted this business after having issues with our insurance company's roadside assistance for over 2 hours of back and forth with them not giving us a tow. I heard back right away from Bobbitt boys after I texted and it was so transparent with pricing out of pocket for a tow and was able to easily find our exact location and was able to get the car, take the car to the repair shop, and take us home too! Battery terminal issue I stopped in today, unannounced, at their lunchtime with an issue with my battery terminal. Two of the most pleasant men stopped what they were doing and came out to take a look at my car. In 10 minutes they had my problem solved, put a new terminal clamp on, at no charge. We have been happy customers for years, but this went above and beyond normal customer service. Broke down last night at 9pm and was wondering what int he world am I gonna do. I found Bobbitt Boys online and so glad I did. They were to me in 20 minutes and towed me back to their shop to fix the car on Monday and then dropped me back off at my house. The shop was gorgeous for a auto repair shop, It looked nicer then most peoples houses. The tow truck driver was extremely friendly and nice, made me feel alot better. I took my $1100 estimate here and picked the car up a day later with a MUCH smaller bill. They are honest and eager to earn your trust and business. Awesome shop. If you are like me and feel the dealer and franchise stores rip you off call Bobbitt Boys. Had an issue with a noise in my front end and they fixed it for $123. The dealer would have charged me that just to look at it. Also they attached pictures of the broken parts to the bill. Top notch for a small independent shop. Will 100% repeat. read more
