So, when faced with what I often feel is something that is too sweet I was a bit apprehensive. My wife had already had some of these cupcakes and she was trying hard for me to try them, especially since she knew I was not a fan.
You have the back story. The rest of the story, I without hesitation would 1000% recommend Sweet Mimi's cupcakes to anyone. And I mean anyone. I have had Carmel Apple pie, lemon flavored, fireball flavored, Oreo, orange cream, Gluten Free chocolate with almond, blueberry and raspberry lemonade, red velvet, and some vanilla flavored. I loved them all.
All of them are well decorated, great pricing, willing to accommodate dietary needs. Are you kidding a Gluten Free cupcake!! And it tasted great, and had I not been told after I ate it, I would have never known. The cupcake itself, is always moist, and I know this as I have had them three days after being fresh, and they are still good. Not over cooked, and therefore hard. If I had the money, I would bankroll this whole operation myself!!
