We ordered 4 different milk teas and they all tasted like water. They were offensively bad - I would not recommend going here

I was a frequent customer during it's previous iteration as Yo&I and as Bubble Cups up until 2 or 3 years ago. Tonight was my first time back in years as I found out through a recent post in Yelp that it was closing. I stopped visiting due to personal reasons but I had to make a visit to try to catch the owner and tell her that the shop will be missed and that I was sorry to see them go. For the last hurrah, I made a large order for the following: Raspberry fruit tea x2 Hokkaido Milk Tea And my all time favorite - the Classic House Special The Raspberry and Guava fruit teas are currently buy one, get one free and all other drinks are buy one, get one half off. For my final parting words, if you are in the area or don't mind coming over this way, please visit them one last time before they close for good on Sunday, Dec 28. They have some amazing promos going as a final gift to customers and you will be supporting a local family that have been running this place. Thank you Bubble Cups for the years of great drinks to make my day a little more brighter. I hope to see you again soon someday!

I ended up going with a mocha boba, but for me it was a tad too sweet! The cafe itself was very cute.. they had a cubby with some board games & such to choose from! It's a perfect little spot if you just wanted to hang out for a little as you're enjoying your boba or the ice cream that they also offer!

In the West Valley, where the desert stretches toward the horizon, this place opens its doors and somehow makes the earth feel smaller. You walk in for a few ingredients and leave having wandered through a dozen countries without ever needing a passport. The abundance is almost overwhelming in the best possible way. An entire aisle devoted to noodles, shelves lined with teas that carry centuries of tradition, an eclectic produce section where purple sweet potatoes rest beside Asian pears, pandan leaves perfume the air, and every basket seems to hold a new story waiting to be cooked. Some of my favorite treasures are the bun bò Huế noodles, the purple sweet potatoes, crisp Asian pears, fresh pandan, and the endless array of fun drinks that always convince me to try something new. Every visit feels like a small adventure. And then there are the little surprises that make this place unforgettable: an incredible pho restaurant tucked inside, a jewelry shop sparkling quietly nearby, and families from every background filling their carts with pieces of home. What I admire most is that places like Lee Lee's do more than sell groceries--they preserve memory. They help grandparents pass recipes to grandchildren. They give immigrants a taste of familiarity. They invite curious people to discover cultures different from their own with open hands and open hearts. In a world that can feel increasingly divided, a market like this reminds us that one of the easiest ways to understand another person is to share what they eat, what they drink, and what they gather around the table. I am deeply grateful to have Lee Lee's in the West Valley. It is not just an Asian market. It is a crossroads of cultures, a celebration of tradition, and proof that sometimes the most beautiful journeys begin with a shopping cart.

He said that the last brand didn't sell well and they put everything on sale to clear it out. He gave me an uncertain timeline of two weeks for a restock, but it didn't sound real. I am from out of town, and it's a two hour drive, and I came singularly for the frozen mock meat. I did walk the isles and they do have a lot of items to choose from that you will not find in a typical American supermarket, and I picked up some interesting sauces and condiments I hadn't seen before, which was good. Very, very bad was the bathroom. There was a pool of dirty water on the floor with a mop and pail. The latch on the single sit down stall was broken and I walked in on someone. The sinks are stained and dirty. The smell is bad and overwhelming. They need to clean it and wipe it down and fix the sit down stall latch. All in all, the store has a lot of asian products you will not find in supermarkets, they are comme ci, comme ça! ‍ on frozen mock meat products, and somebody really needs to clean their men's bathroom.

Came across this boba cafe through Yelp reviews praising their service and drink quality. We came…read morein for a classic Thai tea boba, and the tea itself was incredibly flavorful, even better paired with their honey boba, which added the perfect subtle sweetness. We loved it so much that we order extra boba as the consistency stands out every time. The size, texture, and chewiness of the boba are perfect, which is something a lot of boba spots struggle to achieve. They have an immense menu allowing you to treat your cravings. Despite being busy on a Friday night, service was accurate and timely. The ambiance also makes this place feel extra welcoming. There are several seating options including regular tables, high-top tables, even a couch area for lounging, and seating outside. I also really like how close this cafe is to Glendale Community College. Inside, they also have board games available and a claw machine, which gives the cafe a fun and cozy atmosphere whether you're studying, hanging out with friends, or just stopping by for a drink. Another huge plus was their macaron ice cream sandwiches, which I haven't been able to find at other competitors. They're located in the back and come pre-packaged in a cooler, but the texture is amazing! It is soft, chewy, and structured all at once. Our favorite flavors were vanilla, coffee, and strawberry. Due to limited boba locations in the Glendale area - this is our one stop shop. Definitely a spot worth coming back to! Two large iced Thai teas with extra boba ~ $17.55.

I was greeted right away and waited in line one person ahead of me. I ordered four items, a peach blended drink with boba (recommended by the lovely woman working), two Thai teas with boba (one iced one blended) and a lychee with boba. Since she was the only one working at that time, it did take a moment to get our drinks but was in no rush so wasn't worried about it. Sat down to enjoy the K-pop playing on the tv and watch the fish bowl in the center of the location. They have a cozy couch and a few tables and chairs, it's cute in there and I have enjoyed having a few boba dates with my daughter. There always seems to be enough space to enjoy with one or a small group. The drinks when finished were provided in a recyclable container / holder which was convenient since I was driving them back. The straws are big and ready for your boba and the flavors of all our drinks were so good. Especially the boba, so so good!

Most of the drinks are not very good, especially for how overpriced everything is. I have recommended this place to others, and they have said the same thing. Many of them chose not to return. The biggest issue is the service. It is consistently unprofessional. There have been times where I was the only person waiting, and it still took a long time just to order because the worker stayed in the back and only came out when he felt like it. On multiple visits, the worker has also sighed heavily, taken a deep breath, and rolled his eyes while I was ordering, even when the order was simple. Other people I know have experienced the same thing. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes customers feel like an inconvenience just for ordering. The wait times are excessive. It can take up to 30 minutes just to place an order and close to an hour to receive a drink. Having only one person running the shop is clearly not working. At this point, the pricing, service, and wait times do not match the experience being provided. After multiple visits, nothing has improved, and there is no reason to continue coming back.
