I come to Bobatealicious pretty often, and my husband and I have ordered a small taro slush with boba multiple times without any issues. This time, an employee named John told me they only offer one size for taro drinks and said that "some people break the rules." That was confusing and frustrating because we've consistently been able to order a smaller size before. If it's truly a policy, it should be applied consistently across all employees. Because of this, we were forced to pay for two large drinks, which felt unnecessary and unfair. On top of that, the drinks barely had any boba in them which is disappointing, especially for a place that specializes in boba tea. Overall, the inconsistency and lack of clarity in service made for a frustrating experience. I hope management can address this so customers aren't given mixed information in the future. read more

We initially was going to try one of their Halo Halo options however we still felt full from lunch and because our coffee from Whole Foods was a disappointment we decided to get drinks instead. Items tried and liked (so far): Hokkaido Milk Tea Hokkaido Slush Both drinks were sweetened perfectly and didn't make us feel jittery. This was my first milk tea since my medical episode and will be a once in a while treat. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Interior is cute and clean. Parking is plentiful. Since trying out boba tea for the first time at Mochinut three weeks ago, I now have a huge passion for it. I finally stopped into BobaTeaLicious after driving by it a multitude of times. It's close to my boyfriend's house and I wanted to introduce him to the world of boba tea (he has never had it until now). The building the place is in is interesting. On the first floor are three other businesses and it looks like they have little apartments up above. There's also a smog check station out front, which I also found interesting. The parking lot is super small, which can make it difficult to maneuver around when it gets busy. We walked in and studied the menu. I decided on the coffee matcha tea and my boyfriend had the flamingo slush, both with boba added into it. They have a machine where a plastic lid is slapped onto the cup, which I've never seen before. You can just stick your boba/regular straw through the lid afterwards. My coffee matcha tea was pretty good, it had a mix of big tea and coffee flavor to it. My boyfriend said that he had a love/hate relationship with his drink. He loved it, which had a taste of strawberries and peaches, but at the same time he didn't. I think he liked the drink alone but didn't like the boba. The reason for the four star was the long wait time. I understand staff shortages these days, but there were only two people working there. One was taking orders and the other was making the drinks by himself. There were four other groups of people that were there before us and it took almost a half hour for our drinks to come out. The first couple of years we tried halo halo here when they first had them, we loved it. This is just for the halo halo review. Their halo halo now is missing a lot of character. Whenever you crave for a halo halo, you're hoping to give you that pinoy feeling of halo halo experience. Sadly, this is missing a whole lot of that. The basic macapuno that almost everyone loves isn't there. (Hope they'll bring it back) no pinipig crunch (understandable). That should atleast be substituted by something else like crushed Frosted Flakes at least just to give consumer that joy of having different textures from it. You would easily pick the other halo halo if you'd take a blind tastes test over this. The best way to draw people back time after time is to give them something they'd be proud to tell other people about. I would drive and get halo halo from a farther store next time we crave for a halo halo. Try exactly an order of a halo halo an discuss it amongst yourselves and be honest and see if it deserves a thumbs up - or a bit of revision. You'll get this review's point after doing so. read more

What a cute boba tea spot! On my way home from a meeting, I decided I wanted to stop and grab some boba because Vegas decided to be 100+ degrees in September and decided to give us extensive heat warnings. Obviously, a cold drink was necessary, so I searched Yelp and found this spot. It's located in kinda a funky spot, right by a smog check place. But once inside, it's pretty cute in there, with a few spots for you to sit. I even noticed that they have some games so if you come with friends and want to hang out for a bit, you can play one of their games. I walked in and had to wait a little bit because there were a few people in front of me, but no big deal! The staff member that helped me was really nice. He even asked if I wanted to sub out my milk which I was so glad he asked because I always forget to do that. They have a lot of different options to choose from, which is great, but I opted for a 24oz matcha milk green tea with traditional boba added. The pricing wasn't too bad either, and they accept Apple pay, so a win win situation for me. I only waited about 10 minutes for my drink, which wasn't bad considering there were a couple of families in front of me in line that had quite a few drinks. I downed that matcha milk tea! It was super tasty. Literally finished it before I even walked in my house. Super refreshing. I would definitely return here again. Upon arriving, the parking lot is difficult to get into and navigate. It's a cute little shop though with ample seating options and a clean exterior. I appreciate that this spot is typically clean and not very busy, so I rarely have much of a wait for my order. Staff here are efficient at getting orders out but drinks haven't been particularly memorable and I wouldn't call it a friendly spot. Location is small with limited indoor seating and most of business seems to be grab-and-go. The Jasmine Milk tea has been on the watery side, while a lychee fruit drink was pretty solid. I have not added boba to any of my drinks so I can't speak to that. Pricing is competitive but quality overall was very average. Kept driving by this boba shop and finally had time to stop in. Cute place, probably even cuter when not COVID as I imagine they have cute tables based on the decor and their bench seats. The menu is limited and some of the items they no longer have. Out of stock items covered up with masking tape. Not sure if it's because of COVID or they stopped carrying those items and didn't want to print new menus. I got a large Thai tea with boba. Prices are very high compared to other boba places. My large 16-ounce boba cost $5.42 whereas, at No 1 Boba Tea, I can get a 32 ounce for $5.96 and have a zillion flavors to choose from. Employees were nice and service was quick - just enough time to snap a few photos before my drink was ready. My tea was slightly bitter but not overly sweet.
