My daughter and I had just finished a hike and wanted something cool to drink. Why not Boba. We looked on Yelp for reviews for this place as I've paused it for a couple of years without stopping. Reviews good so we went through the drive through. Keep going around the building there's bo speaker you go straight to the window. The ataff was very nice and even gave out barking dog a oup cup. I ordered the Thai tea with Boba based on reviews and it did not disappoint. My daughter ordered Taro and loved it. Definitely will be back again to try the desserts and maybe a smoothie.

Love that there is a drive up window. The server was extremely nice and helpful. She recommended three popular drinks to me, let me sample the Thai tea, and it was so delicious, I got that one.

My friend took me to this spot for a treat. We went through the drive thru. The staff was very friendly and patient while we figured out what we wanted to order. We decided to go with the smoothie, the smoothie was very good. If in the area I would definitely recommend this place. The building is small and the parking lot is small as well but the quality of the product is worth trying this spot.

The red velvet cake was so good. Yes very good!! The service was good she address me when I came in. The ambiance quite but roomy. The place was enough room sit down and enjoy what you purchase.

My kids love this place so I'm back with another review. After speaking with the staff, I took the recommendation and ordered the mango peach smoothie with popping pearls instead of boba. This was so good!! I love the popping pearls better than the tapioca.

Still 5 Stars, but now that things are open up a bit I was able to venture inside for my latest visit! And what did I find in addition to the fantastic drinks, especially the Iced White Chocolate Mocha? TWO Cases packed full of pastries, cookies, macarons, cakes and muffins. I did like the extra step they are still taking by individually wrapping each item in the case. Keeps them fresher and keeps you safer, so I can dig it! The inside was fitted with a few tables if you wanted to hang out, or you can always hit the patio. The weather is starting to tip 90, so I grabbed my drink, hung out at a table for moment and then hit the road. Interior, including the restroom was clean, well stocked and in good condition. And as all my visits before, service was spot on! Another successful visit to one of my favorite coffee spots around the city!

Boba was decent! wouldn't go out of my way for it but would return if I were in the area. Service was fast and friendly. Spacious inside. There's also a small pastry counter. Vietnamese coffee was meh. the other drinks: taro & coconut with lychee jelly were delicious.

This has been my sister's and I favorite boba place for 4 years now. I am obsessed with their Thai tea and Taro milk. It is better than any boba in my area more south of this location, so when I can I go out of my way to make the distance here. I have always had great experiences aside from one that happen recently where we were denied service, which saddened us greatly. I called the next day and Teressa assisted me, I immediately recognized her voice from prior amazing customer service experiences with her where she has always recommended us new flavor combinations. She resolved my issue with care and concern, I can tell she is a great leader. It is so important to have good management to keep new and reliable customers returning. After speaking with her, I will continue to come to this location even more so. Thank you for creating a product and environment that is so lovely and keeps me anticipating my visit here!

Service was great here. I came with my daughter (who was indecisive) and they were patient and helped to explained all the caffeine free options to her. The decor is cute with a modern flare and cute flower arrangements. The actual tea however was disappointing. I've traveled a bit and always look for boba especially a spot with a good Thai milk tea, but sadly despite prior reviews, it did not live up to the hype. We ordered a Thai milk and strawberry tea. They tasted artificial in comparison to the teas I've had out west. Unfortunately I will not be giving them a second go. The search for high quality boba continues!

Was unexpected to see this little spot off the side of the road but I had to stop in. I couldn't tel if the inside was open so I the drive thru I went. It was a little wait but nothing too crazy for boba tea right! They have two different sizes and we got the small which was just enough. I order the strawberry which to me tasted more on the rose side, and my friend got the Thai, which you could never go wrong with. If I ever on this side of town again I would possibly stop by. Just wasn't something I was jumping for joy over. The workers both were masked up and polite which is always a extra star.

I love Boba theory. This location is the closest one to my house and the employees have always been very nice and helpful. I've had a few items on the menu but recently I've been going back and back again for the Thai tea w/ boba. It is so good! But also worth noting are their frozen drinks. I also plan to venture out more into their other milk tea flavors like jasmine and lavender based on all the great reviews. The only downside I would have to note so far is the drive thru. It isn't really set u p like how you would order at Starbucks or Dunkin, you drive around and place your order at the window and wait for them to make your order which causes a huge backup sometimes in the line. I only usually stop in if i see there's only at most 3 cars in front.

I've passed by this place a few times so I decided to stop by after leaving the post office. I've had Boba years ago so I was familiar with the drink. I was hoping to try brown sugar boba, but the store did not offer it. The employee suggested Thai milk tea and Im glad she did. It wasn't overly sweet but definitely refreshing on this hot day. My only wish is that another menu was in the back for the drive thru. Since they only have one menu, I didn't get a chance to look until I was at the window. But now I know for the next time I return.

Lol okay as you can see from my previous post on boba tea from quickly in lake city, Ga , I order a peach milk tea with aloe boba topping. The same rules apply. Pick what flavor of tea and toppings. The cashier girl was friendly and patient too. She acknowledged I'm new to this. Boba theory attracts college kids and millennials also well. But most of the college kids are from clayton state university and other universities in the Atlanta metropolitan state area. The atmosphere is welcoming and bright and inviting. And great music too. Later on I'll update the stores opening hours. read more

I went in open minded, typically things south of Atlanta are mediocre but this time I was wrong. What an AMAZING taro boba smoothie! I ordered the Taro with almond milk and boba, my partner ordered the same with less sugar and whole milk. We were both extremely satisfied and will be back. We got the Thai tea and cookies and cream frappe. My friend said the Thai tea was the best she has had and that's saying something considering all the boba spots we've hit and that is all she orders. The cookies and cream wasn't all that. It was extremely chocolate-y and was not thoroughly blended which made drinking it frustrating. The guy who took our order wasn't the friendliest. It wasn't busy so I don't know why he was some type of way. read more

I usually come here to grab something refreshing. The service is always pleasant! Such an easy going, kind, helpful staff. The facility is very clean and well kept. Comfortable seating if you decided to stay in & even a customer appreciation wall with polaroids of the workers & customers. Drink options vary from boba milk tea, smoothies, slushes, coffee & more.. It would've taken me forever to decided what to get because they have sooo many options on the menu but the employees were patient enough to assist me with my decision. Always like to come here when I have a sweet tooth. You can choose flavors of your bobas and customize your drink. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the jasmine milk tea. Let me start that I love this place. I had been here at least five times! The place is really nice. It set up like a cafe with nice chairs and free wifi. The crew is awesome, super friendy and helpfull. I had the wintermelon tea and it was delicious! Everytime I come with different friend and they all had liked also. They had nothing bad to say! My friend has me hooked on boba tea after taking me to Kung Fu Tea on Buford hwy. I was in the area of Morrow really wanting some tea and figured I would try this place and the reviews were good. Well as I'm waiting in line I hear the cashier tell the people in front of me they are out of boba or (tapioca pearls) which is the exact reason I wanted tea. I was hurt but I asked her what she recommended and she helped me decide on the mango juice balls since I was getting mango oolong tea. The Tea: I was a little confused as to why it was orange, because oolong tea leaves make a dark color. When I tasted it, it tasted like Arizona mango juice. I didn't taste tea at all and I didn't like the mango flavor burst. I was highly disappointed because I could have gotten a can of that juice for 99cents instead of $4 that I paid for a small. Building and Customer Service: Even though I truly hated this "tea" and won't go back there, the building was nice and very clean and the cashier was extremely sweet and even apologized for being out of the boba. For these reasons I gave it 3stars and hey everyone's taste buds are different. Because of the excellent service and clean building I recommend trying it to see how you like it! read more

I stopped by this cute little boba/coffee shop when I was visiting family. Based solely on the jasmine milk tea & Thai tea, I would definitely come back. The Thai tea was one of the best Thai tea's I've had. It was so concentrated and creamy in the best possible way. The jasmine flavor was very bold & you could tell it was freshly brewed, but more than half my cup was full of ice. Very pleased with this experience & would like to try more next time! read more

Found this gem during a soccer game for my son. Thai tea is yumm! Location is on a weird spot near the train tracks. The interior is pretty big compared to other Boba place i've visited and I like that their tea are not made by powder. read more

I'll start by saying I love the boba theory latte and the staff is very friendly!!! I came in for the first time and was greeted with a warm welcome. I was undecided on what I wanted but the staff helped me pick the best option for the taste I was looking for. They were right!!! I will return to try out some different options from time to time. On the down side, the reason they only get 4 stars, they don't open until 8am. Considering its basically a coffee shop they may want to think about opening earlier. A lot of people have to be at work by 8am and some even as early as 6am. They are missing out on a lot of business here. By opening at 5-5:30am I would be one to make this stop on my way to work because thats when I need caffeine most. This has nothing to do with the star rating but maybe a drive-thru wouldn't be a bad idea since it already kinda has that setup already. read more

If you want to find great bubble tea, you've found it! Anytime I get a craving for it I go to Boba Theory. The workers are nice and friendly, the atmosphere is laid back and welcoming, and the drinks are amazing!!! Super cute and clean interior!! The decor and lounge area is very well decorated. The atmosphere of the place is inviting and friendly. The bathroom fits well with the rest of the establishment. The drinks my friends and I tried were rose milk tea & Thai tea. Overall, the teas were VERY sweet. As far as the rose milk tea, I couldn't really tell if it was rose. It just tasted like a very sweet milk tea. I opted for grass jelly which was pretty good but also sweet. If you have a sweet tooth, you'd love it here. read more

Arrived when they opened at 9am- asked for a boba drink and the lady told me they don't have boba made until 1030 am.. so why open at 9? People who work at a bakery get there early to have food made by the time they open. False advertising and very disappointing. read more

I was very satisfied with my experience at Boba Theory! The menu was straight and to the point. I ordered the Lavender Bubble Tea with Rainbow jelly. The total cost was about $4 for a regular size drink. I loved the ambiance of the cafe. The music was very chill and they have board games that you can enjoy. I will definitely be back! read more

I've tried Boba tea at the mall with my daughter and it was meh at best. She decided to try this place because it was close and it was almost five stars here on Yelp. I'm not quite sure what flavor she got but mine was magical!! Honeydew with Aloe chunks and lychee boba! The place was very clean, even the restrooms and the staff were so friendly!!! read more

Not bad! I was really surprised to see that a boba place in this area of the Atlanta region. The interior is very cute and the workers were nice. They don't have any fruit teas here, just milk teas, which was a bummer. The pearls themselves were cooked well and sweet. The tea itself isn't nearly as good as any place in California, but I was still really impressed. read more

Wow this is my favorite boba place EVER. And I've had my fair share of boba. I think the boba tastes better cuz of the amazing service. The bubble tea is average. It wasn't the best bubble tea I've had but it's not the worst either. I had been a customer here since they opened but unfortuately I can no longer support them. When I had visited a few days ago they had decided to redecorate with a bunch of poor betta fish in tiny plastic bubble wall hangings on their wall.The fish have no room to swim the water was cloudy with visible dibree floating in it and all the fish were miserable with clamped fins. I shared my concerns with my waitress and she admitted to knowing the fish weren't being kept well but that they were brought in by the owner so it was "out of her hands". It's disgusting and really brings the atmosphere of the place down to be surrounded by dying fish when I go to buy bubble tea. read more

I love this place, every time I walk in, the place is different with decor and display. For some reason that always makes me look forward to going here. Their Boba is delicious, and their options are pretty good. Priced well, and great customer service. Now that they have their rewards points on mobile app, its easier to get rewards. read more

My friend and I came here to satisfy a late night sweet craving. At the suggestion of the cashier, I did a regular Signature Theory Milk Tea. I'm not too fond of the tapioca balls so I substituted those for the strawberry popping pearls. I loved my drink and wished I had ordered a large instead of a regular. My friend, on the other hand, ordered a regular Mango Milk Tea without tapioca balls. While I loved my drink, my friend hated his because it was too sweet for his liking. I'm really happy that this place exists in Morrow since there is no other place that is local for me to get my bubble tea fix unless I go to H-Mart in Riverdale or make a trip out to Duluth. read more
