I live fairly close by and Iv got to say this beef shop is awesome. Before i started shoo-in here i usually would drive to meat market in Edinburg or H-E-B, but meat just wasn't the same. My close buddies always buy meat here for our Jeep meeting so i decided to try it out. Half chicken is what i have been buying a lot recently trying new recipes and it's not expensive at all. Great service, pride in their business and simply put, the best steaks in deep South TX! Got a couple of 2" thick ribeyes and slabs of beef ribs for the wife. Yes, a little on the expensive side if compared to the big box stores, but the quality is supreme. Seared the ribeyes, then slow cooked them along the ribs to perfection, with just salt and pepper as seasonings. Keep it up, guys! read more

Your beef short ribs are the yummiest beef I have ever had. I am originally from the RGV, but live in San Antonio. My parents live in San Benito, Texas where I visited them on Easter. I had given up beef for lent so I was craving some good ribs. My brother went to your shop to purchase the most remarkable tasting ribs...now, of course, he is quite the connoisseur of barbecuing so that made them even better!!!
