My dad sends him monthly checks every beginning of the month as a courtesy and convenience as opposed to being billed after the job. Mr. Ramos would cash the checks, but not schedule any maintenance. He doesn't reply to calls and text messages either, nor request for refund for non services rendered. We even added extra $ as a X-mas bonus, but that went unappreciated.
