Bad experience. Looking for trucks for my sons first car & found one here on Saturday. Dan Selves was able to get the price we wanted so we agreed to drive an hour there to look at it. Noticed a couple of oil leaks & told them that would need to be addressed. Drove it, did credit application & everything was good to go. They were to address the oil leaks Monday morning & we would go from there. Spoke Monday morning first thing, they had addressed the loose oil connections. Spoke a couple more times with Dan that day & asked my local mechanic about the truck. Called him back & said let's do it, figure out what we need to do to sign the paperwork. Calls me back 30 minutes later & says I got bad news, one of the other salesman took a deposit on the truck an hour ago. Broke my son's heart & pissed me off. Waste of time & pulling my credit. No one else would have bought the truck with oil leaking from under it. read more

Bob Mills Chevrolet is the absolute worst dealership ever my son who's only 20 went and purchased a car from there only had the car 3 days before it broke down he had to pay lots of towing fees because they would not they took his money wouldn't accommodate him at all and wouldn't fix the car they also gave him the run around for three weeks telling him his warranty would cover the parts only to come back and tell him that they wouldn't!!! read more

Worst dealership I have ever worked with. They were not willing to work with my reasonable requests. They made the entire process painful. Not even a year of owning the car they sold me "in great condition" I have had to replace ALL FOUR break pads and rotors. Would highly recommend NOT working with this dealership. read more

At 51 years old, this is got to be the worst dealership that our family has ever dealt with. Not one single time throughout two of my kids purchasing vehicles from there have they done what they said they were gonna do. Our second child purchased a truck almost immediately after one of our other kids bought his truck, had it even been another week later, and he would've definitely gone somewhere else. The first one has had absolutely nothing but problems out of the truck, and they promised that they would get him traded out of that truck, and here we are 6 to 8 months later, and still nothing has happened. They said they wanted to buy my other son's truck back due to demand, and has had all the information for several weeks and has never answered calls or reached back out one time. I would recommend a "buy here, pay here" place before I would ever step foot on this lot or purchase any vehicle From there. There is one guy in service that has been fantastic trying to help my son, But not another soul there is worth anything. This dealership, is a prime example of why car dealerships have the reputations they have. If I could've chose a zero out of five stars, I would've chosen it. STAY AWAY . . . BUYERS BEWARE . . . They will squeeze every dollar out Out of view that they can, and if they'll do that to a first time buyer, imagine what they'll do to families or anybody else that really is in need of good help. read more
