When I was shopping for market place insurance I found many agents from big name companies have fudged the truth and in some cases flat out lied. I literally almost gave up hope but Maggie was there every step of the way and made me feel confident. The one thing I love about Maggie she is very knowledgeable and looks after your interest not hers. Other agents I was turned off to the fact they were high pressure and didn't seem too interested in spending too much time. I know most agents don't make a lot of commission selling health care and explains why most are quick to close the sake and move on, Maggie was more interested in making sure I felt comfortable with the policy. I got a quote online and called to verify. Quote on the phone was higher so I passed and kept…read morelooking. They call back and I agree to a lower coverage amount for a lower quote. I pay in full. A month later there's a $130 bill while checking the app. I call and apparently they sent an inspector without my knowledge or ever mentioning it. The inspector claimed I have a full concrete basement. Part of the house is basement, the other part is a crawl space. They raised the coverage without ever telling me they could do that or telling me that they'd send an inspector so I could prove I have a crawl space. Do not trust these people. I went with them for the better quote. I'm now paying exactly the same as before but getting about $60,000 less in coverage.

I have ordered collectables, checks, check book covers, and address labels for over 30 years from…read morethem. So when I moved, I ordered new checks and a new cover. I don't know what happened since I am not easily fooled but for some reason I ended up being charged monthly $16.95 for some program that I would have never signed up for with a company I only use every few years. But since I only check my credit card statement once a month, I found it twice since the first time they did was the day after I checked. I didn't even know it was them until the second person I spoke with at my credit card because of how it was listed on the statement. Must be happening to lots of others since that person knew right away, helped me block the company, set up the charge back, and gave me their number for customer service of this program. When I called that number the next, the poor person that answered quickly got it cancelled on their end and told me my refund will be issued in 3-5 business days. How a good company have fallen. Must be trying to find a way to make money since collectables and checks are not popular in the 21st century. I will never use again and so should others.

The wind chime was small for what I thought but is as it was advertised. The ring for $156? Worth maybe $30. It's cheap paint on pot metal with rhinestones. It doesn't even say for what event. That is enough but WAIT! There's MORE!!!! So, I ordered these things in late February. I see a charge in March that fits the wind chime and I expect it. The company says that the ring won't be delivered until JULY! I think about my nice high school class ring and think it's being prepared like that. I anticipate that. In April, the chime arrives. I see $16.95 charged and think it is for that. I don't think about it anymore until July when the delivery date has passed. I look on my VISA and see a $16.95 charge in July from them. For what? I keep looking back and found 5 more for the subsequent months! So I ask what that is and the AI online thing says they are charges for a REWARDS PROGRAM! What rewards???? I'm not getting anything but blasted with email spam ads from them, daily! It seems to me this REWARDS PROGRAM is highway robbery and only serves to benefit them! Immediately, I contact them, in EMAIL and by formal letter to refund each of those charges, take me out of their imaginary "rewards program" they never offered to me and to send my ring right away. The ring arrive 8/13/26. It was due 7/26/26. They did close the account and refund the money. The ring is cheap and not worth what it cost but a lesson has been learned. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE FOLKS! They will stab you in the back by silently and ILLEGALLY charging you for a REQARDS PROGRAM they never offer. It is THEFT and FRAUD.
