Unlike…read moresome of the comments here, my mother has a great driving record, but InsureOne transferred her policy. It was a rocky start with this company. The office was closed on the weekend (the incident happened on Saturday morning) and my mom waited on hold for over an hour to get someone on the phone to get a claim number. However, after some prodding via email by myself to both her adjuster, the adjuster's manager, the president and the communications manager of the Unique's holding company (Producers National), my mom's claim was handled within a month of the incident. Albeit not the fastest claim turnaround time, but nothing like what the other people have been through in terms of getting in contact with their adjusters. My mother's adjuster was responsive to both my mother and I and she also approved a supplemental claim from the auto body shop (which we chose and was luckily less than two blocks from where we lived). I think the deterrents are the claims office being closed on the weekends, rental cars not being covered, and long wait times on the phone. I can't say this was the best experience with an insurance company, but I am thankful I was able to get in touch with people who took care of the claim and got my mom back in her car.

When I was shopping for market place insurance I found many agents from big name companies have fudged the truth and in some cases flat out lied. I literally almost gave up hope but Maggie was there every step of the way and made me feel confident. The one thing I love about Maggie she is very knowledgeable and looks after your interest not hers. Other agents I was turned off to the fact they were high pressure and didn't seem too interested in spending too much time. I know most agents don't make a lot of commission selling health care and explains why most are quick to close the sake and move on, Maggie was more interested in making sure I felt comfortable with the policy. My policy is up for renewal and the new agent, Hanna Kwasniewska's office, called me to tell me that I will be losing my Preferred status because the prior agent made an error when he was setting up my automatic payment. Seriously? You want to raise my rate because of an error of the prior agent. The guy offered to send me a gift card or a t-shirt! Are you kidding me? A t-shirt to advertise ALLSTATE? Idiots!
