Very nice and clean. Ordered our favorite turkey dinner. Always love the turkey and was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly.

Worst experience ever. Filthy, customer neglect; the food was the only decent part and it was terrible. Not going back.

Tried out Huffmans for the first time last night. They were running a Father's Day special and so I…read moredecided to take my dad. First impression of the inside of the restaurant was great...kind of like speakeasy vibes, cool decor, dark. We were greeted by the water waiter who offered us three types of water to choose from. Waitress came over and took our orders. First thing to come out was the Waygu Beef Carpaccio. I took a pic of it but it didn't save to my phone for some reason but it was a solid 10/10. That garlic horseradish aioli was amazing. Secondly, my dad's meal came with a salad, he chose ceasar which might have had the best croutons on it that I've ever had. Bread was also served which was a sourdough, I believe, with 2 butter options (regular and garlic) and an olive oil. Very good. Dad's meal was the 14 oz bone in ribeye with a one pound loaded potato. He said all was very good. For my meal, I got the Cajun cream pasta with steak. It was perfection. There is nothing bad I can say about this dish other than I didn't think it was spicy at all. Didn't matter though because the flavor was great. With the Father's Day special, dads got a dessert and an old fashioned with their meal as well. For dessert, he got the lemon blueberry cheesecake. I took a bite of it and it was so good. The reason I didn't give this experience 5/5 stars is because the service was lacking. Typically, I factor in if the restaurant is busy. I'll start by saying, they were not busy. Out of the 13 or so tables, 6 were occupied including us. Our waitress maybe had us and another table she was waiting on. The waitress was very nice but I had to ask for items a couple times. Bread, drink refills, etc. The water waiter filled our drinks many times and then he stopped coming around. I asked the waitress for refills on our drinks and ended up having to remind her. I know technically it was the water waiters job so I'm not faulting her entirely because she did end up being the one to fill our glasses. At the end, she did tell us it was one of her first nights there so then we understood some of the hiccups. Again, very nice and certainly not a horrible waitress. She did great for the most part. We will definitely be back to try more menu items. Highly recommend- go try it out. Enjoy some food pics I took.

Get Your Sizzle On !!…read more The Western Sizzlin is a unique restaurant that you have to try at least once. When you arrive at the counter, you pay for your meal in advance. If you order a baked potato with your meal, you get access to the 'Potato bar,' but if you order any main course, for an additional charge, you can delve into the salad bar, hot bar and the Potato bar. If you haven't been here before, it can be confusing, so in short, if you want access to the 'bars', you buy a main course and pay a little extra for the rest. One more thing, if you don't have cash, you can get cash on a credit card chargeback for tipping your server. With me so far? Once you sit down, you have to wait for your server to take your ticket for the main course purchase, and then they will bring you dinner plates, salad plates and bowls if you need them. While you wait for your main course, you can go town on the bars. I ordered the 10 oz ribeye steak with green beans and paid an additional six ninety-nine for the bars. There are four bars to choose from; one includes salad-related items, watermelon, and chocolate pudding. The next bar has more sliced veggies and an assortment of salad toppings. The next bar, the Potato bar, has the classic baled potato toppings like butter, cubed ham, crumbled bacon and cheeses. The meat bar, or hot bar, has brisket, chilli, wings, meatballs, and a few other items. Don't make the mistake most people do and forget you ordered a main course, as I saw some people go up to the bars a few times and fill their plates up. My steak was cooked a little past medium rare, but it was still better than okay. The green beans were a little bland and maybe not fresh, and the toast was buttered and tasted like buttered toast. You can get carried away at this hybrid main course and buffet restaurant, so be careful and be aware that you have a main course on top of the buffet items.

And the quality of the small buffet available as an add on to the steak. The wings were very delicious and large sized. The buffalo sauce was beyond delicious. And the bbq sauce was sweet and tasty. The other items on the buffet were tasty as well. The salad bar was plentiful. The prices were reasonable as expected. The staff were all friendly. And I felt welcomed from the time I walked in till the time I left. Thanks for a great lunch.

Went on a Friday around 8 PM and sat at the bar because we had read that service could be hit or…read moremiss, and we usually have better luck there. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. It wasn't very busy, especially for a Friday night, but service still felt like an afterthought. Our bartender/server seemed much more focused on pouring herself beers and chatting than paying attention to customers. There were two people behind the bar who were also serving tables, but most of the time it felt like they were more interested in hanging out with their regulars than checking on guests. They were out of traditional wings, which was disappointing. My husband said the boneless wings weren't very good. The homemade salsa and beer cheese were actually the highlights and were both really good. The rest of the food missed the mark. My chicken Caesar wrap came with soggy chicken and tasted like it had been drenched in Italian dressing instead of Caesar. The fries were limp and soggy. We spent what felt like forever trying to get someone's attention just to ask for ranch so we could add some flavor. The beer itself was decent, and I'd probably come back for that. But based on this visit, I wouldn't come back for the food, and I definitely wouldn't go in expecting good service.

First off sorry no photos, for some reason I forgot my phone in the car…read more Trust me the experience here will be memorable. First beers were the Coffee Stout and Cellblock 304. Along with Garlic Cheesecurds. Then as I had teased Gabby our severer I would follow coffee with donuts. I had the Donut Stout and my spouse had the Mexican Lager. So of course we had to have the Bavarian Petrels to go with it. Of course by this time the creative ideas start to flow so our next choice was a beer we shared a 1/4 of coffee stout and 3/4 of donut stout. Oh my! Good thing I am retired or this would my coffee choice each morning! We both loved the mix and then I talked to Zach about how I hoped both will be available in January when I am back in the area. He liked my input or talked like he did. I am so glad that we have a local brewery for when family come in but that we can stop by and say Hi. So when it comes to service it was excellent, thank you Gabby. When it it comes to the food it was awesome and the decor. I still want the lights in my home or at least may she shed if my spouse won't rewire the house.
