Typical Bob Evans where you can buy a loaf of banana nut bread for 4.99. I love that with butter and peanut butter. We ate breakfast here, very good service and excellent portions of food. Everything was done perfectly. My wife is gluten free and had no problem with the mini sampler and a side of bacon. Would recommend this restaurant for breakfast. read more

Decent food. This was my first time to a Bon Evans. Perhaps may be my last time at a Bob Evans. The waitress wore her face mask as a chin strap, and would pull it down while talking. The most her face mask covered her face was just her mouth. Perhaps she thinks it's hard to breath with a mask. I've had pneumonia twice in the last ten years, and as a child suffered with asthma. Even for me it is no where close to being at all difficult to breath with a mask. If you want a waitress who breaths on your food during a time when masks are mandatory, Bob Evans is the place for you. read more

A simple stop for breakfast turned into an hour. Employee shortage showed today when our waitress had way too many tables. The food was the high point, that is if you like butter floating on your toast. This facility is several years old and it's age shows it. The booths needed a deep cleaning as did a section of wall that I seen. The wall and the booth divider looked as if something had been splashed on it ran and dried. The floor also needed cleaning under some of the tables. When I commented to the cashier my wish for her to relay my comments to management, she balked because she had just started working there and apparently didn't want to rock the boat with her job. read more

We go to bob Evans often. Service is usually just okay. But today at 10:30am it was horrible! There were only about 6-8 tables occupied, but you would have thought they were slammed by the very poor!, & slow service. My Carmel Mocha had powder chocolate floating in it, my waitress was ignoring me when I tried to get her attention. We decided to leave after 30min of waiting for our food in an empty restaurant. We have been to Bob Evans alot but on 9/8/15 we went and all the advertising on the menu on the windows and even on TV say everything is FRESH. We had a straight line eye into the kitchen and watched our food cook in the MICROWAVE. This is not fresh. read more

Absolutely horrible. I used to come here every other month or so for a nice brunch. This morning we came to this particular location. Busy, as Sunday mornings are. We ordered and waiting almost an hour for food. My daughter had her meal about 15 minutes before ours were and people that came in 30 minutes after us were getting served first. Shortly after, our meals came and over half of it was cold or hardly warm. Our waitress was completely rude. The manager seemed the nice bit will talk about your experience behind your back type. Piss poor service and they don't even care. Will not recommend or return. read more

We went to Bob Evans for dinner, we waited 15-20 mins for our drinks or for a server to take our order. We waited over an hour for our food, to make it worse only half my families order came out and we waited longer for the other half (we were only a table of 5). 4 Tables that were sat after us got their food and had left before we received ours. When I told management they were very nice and didn't charge us and they shouldn't have after that horrible experience! However when I informed upper management they were rude and basically told us we should care more about their staff and that the do not have enough staff. Staffing issues are not a customers problem and I'm very disappointed with our experience. read more

I ordered online to pick up and it seems every time I do they screw it up we did not receive our bread that comes with breakfast . And I ordered the cinnamon might I add expensive pancakes and it did not come with the cream cheese they say or the whip topping for $9.00 I expected a mouthful of heaven read more

I have always loved the food at Bob Evans and the service always had been very good but on 11/9/13, my sister & I waited forever for our food to come. We were there at 2:50 pm, so it wasn't their busiest time of day either. We loved the latest of their breads which is Gingerbread and the meal was pretty good once we got it. We noticed everyone in there was waiting a long time for their meal & some waited a long time to get served by the waitress. She was very nice but seemed very rushed. I think they have cut back on help and that is not a good idea. I will have to compare with their other restaurant on Sternberg Rd. Thought maybe this was a fluke but see from other reviews, they had the same problem with them being way too slow. Hate to see this one close for lack of good service if it is because they are short-staffed. This one is much closer for us and they should offer the same good service as the other one. read more
