What a great location. I like the set up of this place. It's very welcoming. April was our wonderful server. My hubby and I stopped here for a quick bite. We both chose from the pick 2 menu. We were very pleased. Hubby got 1/2 Turkey sandwich and 1/2 cup of chicken soup. I got the 1/2 Farmers house salad and 1/2 cup of Cheddar bacon potato soup. Our food was very delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. We are very pleased we shall return.

Not sure why I forget about Bob Evans for breakfast. It's the basics, homemade biscuits and it feels like you are eating with family. I people watch whenever I go out. The table next to us was a man and his mother and father. They said grace before their meal and I looked around at the families laughing and talking and realized this is what breakfast should be. Homemade food , people sharing a meal , conversation and most importantly time together. I had homemade potato soup and half a cranberry chicken salad. You can do half a salad or sandwich with soup at a great price. My husband had a sausage omelette. We also had the blue ribbon bacon which is bacon with syrup and crushed pepper.Service was fast and friendly, baked goods to go at the register if you are interested. If you want a taste of Americana, the feel of family and what breakfast should be, this is it. No scanning bar codes for a menu, no fancy mocha drinks with 4 thousand calories, just breakfast as you remember it as a kid. And sometimes that is pretty perfect.

Since living in northern Virginia I've always heard good things about this place. I've always heard that they had done of the best breakfast and I must say, I agree! I was was really happy and surprised when I seen that this place was in Florida I had to try it out for my self. First, impression was, I like the atmosphere! It felt like Denny's but next level, the food was so good as you can se in the pictures. The Cinn bun things were sooooo gooood!!! I'm super glad that I tried them. I wouldn't mind coming back, I paid $26 for two people. I'm one person who isn't a huge fan of breakfast so when I am in a mood for it than I like to choose my places wisely because I know for a fact that I won't be disappointed. This place is most definitely on my list of places to try again.

Pies on their placemat... and table signs... and.,, eeek!

Great for breakfast. This place was crazy busy even at 10 am. Love their fresh biscuits! Chose their mini sampler with one egg, well done bacon and home fries. They delivered hash browns instead but gave me a plate of home fries when I point it out in addition! Price was right! $5.99 Will certainly be back.

The staff is super friendly, the food is always good (especially for the price), and it's just a great place to grab breakfast in the morning. Personally I love their sausage and gravy biscuits. We also really enjoy the farmers choice and always have some to bring home because it is so much food!

Seeing how much I love breakfast its breakfast all the way when I visit Bobby Evans. This location is within my 2 mile bubble and I always ask for Danielle; she is PROficient, remembers what I like to drink and pretty much what I like to eat. Now, I don't come in weekly, more like twice a month and for her to remember moi... Says a heck of a lot! Yes, it's a chain but I keep it simple and easy. I like 3 egg whites scrambles, bacon crispy and dry, toast and sometimes tomato slices (today I opted for no tomatoes). Danielle knows I like the "breakfast blend" coffee and brings that with a large water & lemon...no questions. I know, some of you might think it's not hard to get a good breakfast out but I would disagree. My egg whites are always cooked perfect, not runny and not burned up dry. The perfect piggy strips are always crisp and never greasy. I have been to many places that breakfast was just an after thought and comes out slopped onto the plate..no thank you. So, if your like me and you like breakfast ANY time of the day please stop by Bob Evans on Cypress Lake / 41 in the COSTCO shopping plaza. Ask for Danielle, she'll serve you with a smile!

The other side I chose was corn fritters - just ok but perfectly fine, although more batter to corn ratio would have made them more desirable. Hubby had the chicken fried chicken and he loved it and his sides of potatoes and mac n cheese. Our family had fried chicken and they thought it was crispy outside, fried well and juicy inside. They also ordered a grilled ham and cheese with a side salad. Didn't get a ton of feedback on the meal but the plate was pretty well cleaned off when we got up! Our waitress was fast, efficient and really sweet. She quickly brought to go containers for our food and drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant gave it a very homey and rural feel, which was just fine with us. It sits nexts to the state farmers market which was not running during our visit. However it was still busy when we sat down to eat at 2 pm. Recommend it!

The tables are pretty close together, so a lot of people can be seated inside at once but they also have outdoor seating too You don't have just one server, all of the servers take care of you, which is really nice so whenever you need something, it's easy to get a hold of someone as well as being checked on to make sure you have everything that you need I don't know if this is allowed, but the workers were drinking in the kitchen area, which is open so you can see everything going on. No chance of getting a hamburger there. So we finally decided to go to Mel's Diner! Here we can get whatever we want and a home cooked meal. Jason was our very knowledgeable and professional server. He suggested the chef's special-shrimp scallops and red snapper and a side of vegetable rice. At first I was hesitant because I expected something like you see in a Chinese Buffet. But this was actually very tasty and covered with a light sauce. It also came with soup or salad. Dave got the salad and I got the chicken noodle soup. I wanted matzoh ball soup but there was a $3 up charge for a cup. The soup should have been called chicken veggie with two noodles. Very disappointing. We opted to share an order of rice pudding and it was served in an ice cream sundae glass with whipped cream. Delish!
