Started out with potential but quickly deteriorated. Restaurant wasn't swamped, but constant business. Was helped by Stephanie, who was rude after we asked what items were on a sandwich and she said she doesn't know because she works the morning shift. So we ordered and it took 35 minutes for her to find out then come back and tell us that none of it was available. Restaurant didn't have 3+ items on the menu or advertised on the chalkboard outside. She then told us only pizza was available. The wait time was not to standard even considering "island time". No drinks for over 40 minutes after ordering. Ordered everything in Spanish not English... unsure if paper towels or hand dryers are uncommon in PR but the restroom had neither. No hand sanitizer available anywhere, no COVID-19 precautions taken other than staff wore masks. Those weren't the big deal though... just the poor service from one waitress. Stephanie didn't deliver the extra napkins requested or my wife's beverage she ordered in the beginning. We had to ask another waitress for help, who was very attentive and quick to help. Although pizza was the only thing she indicated we could order, it was good. Time to pay, Stephanie walks up, puts the bill down on the table and walks away without a word. She never checked to see if we wanted to order anything else, or if everything was going okay. So we decided to not order more drinks... Hope her week goes better if she's having a bad day, but don't take it out on customers by being rude. Incredibly rude. Very disappointed. You'll likely find better service at two other pizzerias within a block of this place. One a trattoria and the other a walk-up pizzeria. read more
