After obtaining counsel, we legally terminated our contract and asked for a refund. Not only is T2 refusing to return any of my $40K deposit; they are refusing to provide receipts for materials, labor or expenses. Apparently, T2 stands for "terrible thieves". I'm happy to provide proof of all statement made here. 7 days after termination of contract, thank God I reach out to Jeremy at Joat Services LLC. He cut me a great deal, and completed more in 4 days (in the rain) than the entire time we employed T2's services. If I could give a negative rating, I would. The work came in on estimate and the quality of the work is of the highest standards. The deck's supports are very sturdy and the stairs end on a concrete slab they installed. To say we are pleased with it is an understatement. I can't recommend them enough and we are planning on hiring them for several more projects in the near future.
