We drove up from out of state to see the boat. My son and I fell in love with the boat. We drove up a second time to make the deal and bring her home. Deal was made but we came home empty handed because much like a car the boat needed to be prepped and ready for the long trip home. Got the titles and was ready to go get everything finalized when Rudy called me with bad news. There was a part that was bad and it was on national back order. Long story short the part finally came in, it was installed, and we picked up our boat. Great experience and Rudy's orientation didn't miss a beat! Detailed and thorough.
