The first time my boyfriend and I stayed here at the boardwalk inn there were different owners. The new owners do not offer muffins and milk in the rooms. The second time we stayed we brought items to enjoy with milk and no milk. We were very disappointed. Prefer the past owners. I just arrived not knowing what to expect (i usually stay with IHG facilities), i am STUNNED! Impeccable place! Meticulously detailed and clean! I am staying for two nights while in town for work... however, i will be bringing my wife back for a pleasure trip in the future. We recently made the trip to Maine to see a fabulous Duo called Hot Damn...stayed over night at a Guest House called Boardwalk...we were totally surprised as this was so unlike what we expected. it was a huge room with high top table and chairs, sofa, lounge chair and ottoman..large bathroom with a closet full of plush towels...kitchen area stocked with cereal, muffins, fruit, and in the refrigerator was juice, milk and cream..also included was a Keurig with a full supply of different coffees and tea..they paid attention to such detail...even had cribbage board and games in the closet...hooks to hang towels and batdhrobes ..beautiful beds with designer spreads...would totally recommend staying there if you are in the area...we will DEFINITELY stay there again in the future.. read more
