In my opinion, the pictures online exaggerated the size of the pizza so it was to my surprise when…read moreI opened the box and there was a mediocre sized half and half pizza. The least they could've done was stretch the pizza out to the shape of a square to fill more of the box. Especially, since the pizza was about 80% dough, 20% toppings/cheese and sauce. I appreciate pizza when there is more sauce so this felt more like I was eating breadsticks with some toppings. I was glad to try it because I've seen YouTubers visit but I definitely wouldn't visit again. Not to mention I called and waited the estimated 15-20 minutes for pickup but when we arrived it took more like 30-40 minutes. So the disappointment was real but hey, not all restaurants can be winners!

Very good breakfast sandwich. The place is very clean with a small counter and a few tables. My only knock would be the wait. Admittedly, I hit it at a busy time. Consistency is one of the biggest key factors that can make or break a business and NJ Gourmet does not disappoint! I have been ordering weekly meals and picking them up every Sunday since 2022. My orders have always been accurate and fulfilled on time. What sets them apart from other meal prep companies is that they actually prepare and cook everything in-house. They don't order bulk items of frozen vegetables or anything of the sort. They even make their own sauces and dressings. They put a lot of love into their food and you can tell within the first few bites. They have a large selection of meals and bulk items to choose from and are always experimenting with new items to add to the menu. They have poultry, beef, seafood, vegetarian, low carb, etc. I've tried nearly everything and they are all fresh and packed with flavors/seasonings! Some of my favorites are the Turkey Breakfast Burrito, Teriyaki Steak, Chicken Parm, and Carnitas Fajita. Each meal is well-balanced and labeled with macros and calories for those who are health conscious. If you're on your fitness journey, this is a perfect option to help you keep your nutrition on track. The process for ordering is simple. You go on their website and choose your food.
