I bought 4 hours cleaning voucher and asked to have my house dusted and bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. I closed the door to two rooms and said I didn't need those cleaned which left two others, Simone Cooper cleaned my house and she was sweet as can be till she wasn't. She was only able to clean the bathrooms and kitchen and asked if she should mop my kitchen floors which I asked if she could please. She cleaned top of stove but not inside. She ran out of Time, I put this on google and got a Threatning message from the girl who cleaned my house about Karma. I wasn't going to post about it but worry it could happen to someone else. I talked to the owner who assured me she is not a reflection of this person which I get but I just worry the more I let this situation sit. I attached the text I got after leaving a 3 star review . The cleaners arrived around 7:30 a.m. and had the entire upstairs done within about an hour, which should have been my first red flag. A lot of the cleaning felt more like a standard clean than the detailed service I paid for. Some of the things I found: Laundry Room was completely untouched Pantry (upcharge of $40.00) was not touched Decor was only half dusted Kitchen sink was not cleaned Cobwebs were still visible in a corner Baseboards and doors still had dirt, smudges and fingerprint I did contact the company and they refunded a portion of my $790 bill, which I appreciated. The cleaners also went back and addressed some of the issues I had initally pointed out. Unfortunately, I continued finding additional things that had been missed even after that. The refrigerator was cleaned really well, so I do want to give credit where it's due. But overall, for the price and the type of cleaning I specifically booked, I expected much more attention to detail.

I hired this company for a deep clean before my husband came home from the hospital. I specifically…read morerequested attention to baseboards and cobwebs throughout the house. After the cleaning, I discovered significant dirt and cobwebs along the baseboard in one corner of a room. The reason I hadn't noticed sooner? Their team had moved my cabinet into that corner during the cleaning--meaning the area was fully visible and accessible while they worked, then covered up afterward. I also found that the inside of my French doors weren't cleaned and various surfaces were still dusty. Additionally, they poured their mop water outside directly onto my ice melt the day before a snowstorm, washing it away and requiring me to reapply. I let the other issues go, but the corner situation was impossible to overlook. When I called to discuss it, the owner told me they "don't move furniture"--despite having moved my cabinet--then said I had approved the work so there was nothing they would do. She also repeatedly accused me of yelling at her when I wasn't; I'm autistic and was simply speaking clearly over a poor connection. I didn't raise my voice until the end of the conversation as she clearly wasn't listening to me.
