Typically I have not had a great experience in this store as I find the owner to be rather arrogant... as in, his opinion is the only one that's right, despite what my Doctor has told me. Perhaps I'm a sucker for punishment but I occasionally stop by, when our regular nutritional supplement store is out of stock of something, hoping the customer service has gotten better. Unfortunately, it has never been the case but today... today was different!. He was actually helpful, offered advice and was really quite personable. I'm leaving them at 2 stars for now until I can figure out if this was just a one-off.

On top of that, I already have to eat gluten-free and dairy-free, so trying to figure out what was safe suddenly felt impossible. Pinky was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk through products with me, reassure me, and answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She even gave me a hug when I was feeling overwhelmed, which meant more than she probably knows. She took down my information and let me know her boss would reach out with more information about products that were safe for me, which helped ease so much of my anxiety.
