I had two loans that I worked with two different loan officers. First one was with a lady and we got the loan though, but after a while we got some letters came to us through the mail and we had questions. So I called her and spoke with her a few times regarding on the letters we received from the mail. After that she never answer her phone any more. I felt a few message on her voice mail, but never got a return calls from her. Second loan, I was trying to see how much of a property loan I can to approve for. This time I was working with a gentleman and some times this person just seem like he is lost. Many times when I called him and left message for him, most of the time he will no return my calls. One time he did returns me called, but was like a week later.

I'm 28 and have a 718 TU score and 714 EQ score but yes one can argue that still my credit could be better, but it's also not bad and I've had 3+ years of on time payments which them being my bank can easily see, only to keep being told I won't be able to unless I have a co signer which I don't have or do I feel right burdening someone to do so, or I was offered a 300$ limit credit card instead. We Leased the building with a new renter shortly thereafter. There was Cash in the Account in Peoples State Bank to Cover Four More Months Payments. People's State Bank Chose to Freeze the Account and Refused to Withdraw the Payments, and Declared Us In Default. Payments were never late nor missed, and People's Bank Refused To Withdraw Payments From The Peoples State Bank Account That Had Four Months Payments IN Peoples State Bank. THEY REFUSED TO CONSIDER RESTRUCTURE OF THE LOAN EVEN THOUGH THE PROPERTY WAS RE-LEASED. Any other bank would have restructured the loan, but Peoples State Bank of Wausau, Wisconsin was only interested in Bankrupting Us. Peoples State Bank is not Of The People, By the People, Much Less For The People other than the People receiving W2 forms from Peoples State Bank. They are not Ethical, Moral, and cannot be trusted. The lady that was helping us is just a great person and so willing to help us and guided us through this loan process. There are times when I feel like she is watching out for us and making sure that we don't pay any fees that we are not suppose to be paying. When ever we don't understand some thing and asked her a question, she explained it in great details and make sure we understand them.
