The customer service is exceptional; the staff genuinely cares about helping you succeed financially. The ATM issue always comes up but I feel like it's actually a PERK with Logix, you're not limited to just your credit union's ATMs--they'll even reimburse ANY ATM fees, even in pricey places like Las Vegas when the fee is outrageous. We don't pay fees!! I've also purchased a car with cash when we were outside of the range of another Logix and you can go into another credit unions branch to withdraw large amounts of cash. If you want better rates, better service, and better access, switching to a nonprofit credit union that cares like Logix is absolutely worth it.
