No longer! Nordic Waste is a small family owned company that will reliably haul away your trash for a reasonable fee. Heavy snow storm? Don't worry, they'll e-mail to let you know that it's a snow day and they'll be by the following day instead. And they really recycle your recycling, instead of just dropping it in the dump! Not worth the couple bucks a month you save over competitors UPDATE: After all this I called to cancel my service the man told me good and tried to say my wife was rude to him, I said she wasn't rude at all and he said "Well don't worry you aren't our customers anymore you might let your wife talk to you like that but I'm not her bitch" he said he would be by to get the trash they missed and his bins. He showed up and started throwing the trash out of the bins on my driveway so I went outside to ask, "You're taking the trash with you right?" He said "Nope I'm not taking it because your wife is a bitch" he refused to take the trash and blamed construction on my road for why they haven't been coming. Not only did they not send the dumpster, but they didn't even bother to call us and inform us that they weren't coming. When we called them to ask what the hell was going on, they said that they thought our driveway was too small. BS, because no one had even come out to take a look, and because our driveway is 25 ft long and 20 feet wide (more than big enough for a 10x15 dumpster). Then they said that they couldn't come out until they did a "site assessment." Not good enough, because our demolition was to begin on the day they failed to show up. We asked for a refund, and they still haven't processed it. Don't waste your time with these clowns. We'll be disputing the charge on our credit card.

We loved working with George. He comes out to assess and oversees the work to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. We had a few issues on the final product but this company would not let us pay in full until the issues were dealt with and we were 100% satisfied. They also offer financial loan options. We were able to finance a large portion at 0% APR x 12 months. I highly recommend this company and plan on having them come back to place a roof on my future gazebo.
