From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

The best way to describe Peter and Red Cedar is high touch, white glove - concierge service. Peter knew the market and had a powerful team of equally adept realty professionals. Nothing happened without Peter's knowledge and he always focused on what was best for us: Initially meeting through closing. Here's where the professionalism goes to another level - Peter builds relationships with his clients, throws mixers, and checked up on us a couple of times per year. And, he DIDN'T ASK US FOR THE NEXT DEAL each time he subtly checked in on us over 5 years! He and his team cares about you - long term not just to get a sale. After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. We completed representation paperwork, his AMAZING 360 degree Ariel and interior video/photography genius turned up and transformed our house into a buyer's beacon that sold our home within 24-48 hours of posting - FULL PRICE OFFER!!!! This is Red Cedar - all day long. After getting an offer, Peter and his team coordinate every document, appointment, and follow-up like a well oiled machine. The signing appointment was completely painless without any hiccups in the paperwork or payout - again, Peter and Red Cedar are professionals and the service providers (Ex. Title Company) were exceptional too. Thanks Peter and Red Cedar for your exemplary support, education, and caring over 5 years!

Thank you, Franky and Team!…read more If you are looking for a house in the DMV area, Franky is the perfect agent! HE IS THE PERSON WHO HELP US TO FIND THE HOUSE JUST WITHIN THE 2nd OFFER in NICE AREA! My husband and I met Franky at one of the open houses in Washington DC. At that time, we didn't have any idea about the home-purchasing process. Even Though we searched online, we still got lost since we didn't know what the first step was and what our priority was. Franky helped us to understand the overall process, and encouraged us to think about our future life to set the goal of home-purchasing. Even Though we were not his clients at the moment, he gave us a 1-hour presentation of the whole process with the pamphlet. When we decided to go with Franky, he tried his best for us to find our FIRST HOME with some of our considerations. Since both of us work full-time, he made house-tour appointments or meetings (regarding making offers) after work hours. After our offer was accepted, Franky and his team gave sufficient advice regarding everything, such as locking the mortgage, depositing, final walk through, and the settlement! It took only 6 weeks to move into the new home since we started to look at the house to buy. As you can see my name, I am a foreigner and the whole process seemed overwhelming for me. However, Franky helped my husband and I to relieve the stress by communicating with the selling agent and title company. (Oh, I heard that he speaks English as well as Spanish). If my friend who came from foreign country asks me to recommend any agent, I will recommend FRANKY and his team! I am writing this review in my new, cozy room, where I dreamed about since I immigrated here. I can convince that if you work with Franky, you will never regret.

We were not sure what kind of home we wanted or where we wanted to live. I work in Southern Maryland and my wife works and owns an apartment in DC. We were looking for a home in the middle. We were looking online and found a home we were interested in seeing. Jayson happened to be the agent. We went in for a meeting and told him up front that we wouldn't be ready to purchase until at least Feb of 2012. He knew we'd spend a lot of time just figuring out what we want. Jayson spent at least 6 Saturday's and many other random days driving us around and showing us many types of homes. We finally bought a house in May of 2012. Jayson is now listing my wife's apartment and will be doing the purchase of our rental property after the apartment goes. We were going to actually list her apartment in 2013 but Jayson felt that my wife wasn't really ready to part with it and rather than take the easy money, he was more concerned with us making the right decision for us. As he says, it's not about money, it's about relationships. I highly recommend Jayson Stone. He's an honest, hard worker and a good person.

This was all in the midst of COVID-19 and a housing shortage. The Porter House International Realty group took care of us like we were their family, they educated us on the buying process; told us what a good offer would look like and advised us on how to bid on the property in today's competitive market. Once the offer was accepted, Porter House International Realty Group made sure that a property inspector that had our best interest in mind made a thorough examination of the property. The inspector they referred us to was educated, and took his time to explain every facet of our home to us, the good, the not so good, and what would need to be done. Once he gave us the all clear, we were certain that we had a solid property on our hands. From that point Porter House International Realty turned us over to the lender whom had already pre-approved us, but it did not stop there. Porter House International Realty continued to monitor the process even through the lending application and approval process. Porter House International Realty Group is a top notch organization. I can't say enough good things about them. They were key in getting our family our dream home in less than 60 days from pre-approval to loan closing . Their connections such as Ameris Bank, Velocity Title Company, down to the lawyer that handled the closings were excellent professionals that treated us with respect and dignity. They were thorough and explained everything so that we knew exactly what to expect. There were not surprises at closing and everything went smoothly. I had a electric bill of $800 or better for at least 4 months and my house was cold all winter. I had to threaten to put my rent in escrow before they sent someone out to take a look. It turned out I didn't have any Freon in the system. After charging the system my bill went from $800 to about $250. I had a roof leak that was never fixed. When paying over 3k a month on time every month you expect a certain quality of living and they didn't provide that but they sent out the reminder early every month for your payment. The reminder was the only thing that was consistent. The property manager is very rude and unprofessional. When I didn't renew my lease she started scheduling people to come and see the property before the middle of my last month. She also was trying to dictate when people were coming into my home to view the property instead of asking what were good times for me. She attempted to have people access my home while my children were home without a adult presence, after I told her it wasn't a good time for me. Sure my daughter is 15 but who really wants unknown people in the house alone with your 15 year old daughter? After a dispute in emails about how and when I would allow people in my home to show the property the management company took me court to have me removed from the property before the end of my lease and 11 months of on time payments. I did say 11 months of on time payments because my security deposit was equivalent to my last months rent I didn't feel comfortable paying them the last month and possibly having to fight to get my security deposit. The case to have me removed was dropped by the court house because I moved before my lease was up. This management company is highly unprofessional and money hungry.
