Everyone from the front office to teachers to coaches to extra-curricular leaders are available, approachable and know our children. I am confident that the education that my children are receiving at Hudson will prepare them for the rest of their lives and a successful future. We feel fortunate to be able to send our son and daughter to this school.

Unfortunately the last couple years in the school were not so pleasant. She was bullied, and originally the administration was very helpful. When the problem reemerged 6 months later, the administration blamed her and told her to stop involving me, her mother.

North Toronto CI would be a better school for Students, parents, and staff if the principal Jane…read moreLee was fired. She is a nightmare of a principal who has got to go. The Teachers on the other hand are very hit or miss. The good ones are very good, the bad ones are very bad. Both the Principal Jane Lee and one of the vice principals Annamaria Mazzaferro were caught taking photos of both Students and Parents for seemingly no reason. The school needs a new principal and one new vice principal to replace both Ms. Lee and Ms. Mazzaferro. I have also found this school to take little scuffles such as pushing to be a bigger priority then racism.

The horrible part is that I got robbed by someone who stole my phone. One of my friend who is in my school said that my lock on my locker was unlocked even though I always lock my lock everyday. When I decorate my locker someone keeps on like ripping my decorations. Sometimes I got bullied but sometimes I don't, well at least I have friends there too. The good part is that the teachers are nice, I have a grade 7 teacher name Mr Panousopoulos, he is the nicest and funniest teacher ever.

Instead of being a place of growth and encouragement, the school created an atmosphere of fear, exclusion, and constant judgment. A teacher, Rory consistently singled me out in ways that felt unfair and humiliating. The leadership under the principal, Janice, only made things worse -- the administration fostered an environment that was punitive rather than supportive, and students like me were left feeling isolated and diminished. The impact of this experience has stayed with me long after, which says everything about the culture of this school. I would strongly warn families to reconsider before sending their children here.

She went on to attend the University of Toronto and graduated with an Honours Degree with Highest Distinction. I will always be grateful to the Linden School.
