The plumber showed us the problem by using his video camera. He gave us several options- no pressure to use them to fix the problem. We eventually went with Roto-Rooter. They came back out on a Saturday (no extra fee). They even wound up cleaning out a tub drain for us for free- very friendly service man- I would use them again if we ever had a problem- highly recommended!

He shows up, he works steady, sees things…read morethat need to be done besides what we started with, checks with us first and then gets things done! We are completely satisfied with all he has done for us and would recommend him. He's cleaned the siding, the gutters (inside and outside) painted the foundation and steps, power washed the deck and is painting that. Painted the basement walls and floor.
