The work is beautiful, but one drawer was not rebuilt to the same size as the original. I pointed this out to Ryan, the owner, right away, and he told me he would have the correct size built. It is more than a year later and I still don't have my drawer. I was told they ordered it and it went missing. I was told they couldn't get a new one. I was today told that I should just put something in the drawer to make it suit my needs. The office manager was extremely rude and unprofessional to me today. At one point, she told me to measure the drawer myself and she would take care if it. I am not a carpenter and don't feel qualified to do that. Do not hire this company. Poor communication and very unprofessional.
