As I told Samantha and my mother that day, I had never really felt beautiful in my life but after Samantha did my hair and I first looked at myself I really truly felt beautiful. I had a pretty negative experience from a recent visit to Sephora…read more I was doing a return and a buyback of a perfume that we purchased at another location We got a Visa gift card as a gift and instead wanted to use that to purchase the perfume and get money back to our bank account That part went fine However it was when I was shopping further and looking to buy a cream for myself Now I know staff are there to be helpful and she was trying to be nice saying how if we purchase a fragrance we'd get four times the points which wasn't done on the repurchase And just before doing the transaction I told her that we did this on a Visa gift card and she said ...oh yah..:shouldn't be a problem...well it was a problem....the gift card didn't reload after doing the refund...I couldn't buy back the perfume with the gift card again....another staff member said that it usually takes 7-10 business days for the money to back on the card....so I ended up walking out without the perfume or the cream So disappointed and frustrating I think I will likely be going to the Pickering or Oshawa locations from now on

I had the worst experience today at this location…read more This is a lesson in staff being a bit too over helpful and chasing a commission We had just completed a refund and purchased back a perfume using a prepaid Visa card My wife was looking for something else in the store when we were being assisted by our one of their salespeople She then mentioned how there was some points promotion on fragrances that wasn't applied after we repurchased the perfume that wasn't applied and she could redo the transaction again with my wife's purchase of the cream she was about to buy Unfortunately our young lady wasn't up to snuff on her prepaid Visa card knowledge and when she again did the refund to our card and tried to do it again....it didn't take and somebody with that knowledge educated her that it takes 5-10 business days....so we walked out of there with no perfume and no cream and now we have to wait....hoping that they will still have that perfume and size.....we got nothing and she got nothing Last time I am shopping at that location

Regretfully i hired her for henna and makeup for mom, aunt and cousin. Henna: She promised me 2 girls, one for the bride and and the other for the bridal party. Only one girl showed. She took 8 hrs for my henna, i am aware bridal henna's take time but 8 hrs for bad work! My henna looked like an amateur could do it. Since the other girl never showed and after no response to repeated call, the wedding party had to attend the wedding with no henna. Let me tell you henna is a big deal in hindu weddings. Wedding day, she did my mom aunt and cousins makeup. Makeup was terrible and cheap. The color of foundation was off and made them look so ghostly. and quality , the look of everything else was so bad. They looked terrible and had to attend the wedding the way they were since we didnt have time to redo. Not only she does a horrible job, but she took advantage of the fact that i was busy with my wedding stuff . Although i had paid her an advance of $50, she took full payment from my mom. Upon requesting the money back she blatantly refused. PLEASE save your effort time and money. And DONT fall for any pics here. THEY DONT REFLECT actual work in any means.
