Chandler is AMAZING! At first I was browsing for a hair salon and came across Blush Salon then wanted to see how everyone's work look so I went to Instagram to see their portfolio. I'd say Chandler's portfolio intrigued me so we got to messaging each other about what color and how I want done to my hair. I wanted to give her a shot at my hair so wanting to start off slow by getting a haircut and getting to know her. I didn't really have much in mind about the cut or style I wanted. I just let her have her way with me. She's so sweet and is very thoughtful. She tells me what she thinks would look great and if I would like it and I would let her know if I wanted more cut off or keep it. And the way she washes my hair is so gentle and makes you feel very pampered. She definitely earned my business and I am super excited to see what she does to my hair in the near future! Extra plus for making my hair smell like cupcakes! read more

Even though Nicole moved, she is awesome and continues to offer a great haircut and women that get their hair done by her look wonderful as well. I moved further away and do not mind the drive at all since she does a great job. read more

Chandler was awesome! It had been about 7 months since I had my hair done and it was definitely well over due. I arrived a little early and was seated immediately. I showed Chandler some pictures of hair colors that I liked and with the help of another associate they determined the best route for my hair. Since it had been so long since I had even a trim, a lot of length needed to be taken off and I desperately needed a color correction. My hair feels so healthy now! Going forward I will never wait so long to have it done and will absolutely be back to Blush salon. Like I said, Chandler was awesome, we had great conversation and she made the time fly by. The salon itself its super cute, very clean and offers a lot of additional services besides just hair. I am intrigued to try everything out and the best part, this place is conveniently located in town! read more

I followed my hairstylist, Jasmine, to Blush Salon. She. Was great at listening to what I wanted. She also has done my husband's and son's hair. She is very pleasant to talk to. The building looks like it is nice. I would definitely come here to get what you want. read more

Got a hair cut by Jennifer, I love it. I have long thick straight very coarse hair that gets frizzy, I've been to so many hair dressers who don't know what to do with my hair. She was able to give it movement while keeping it soft. Will def be going back, highly recommend. Thanks Jennifer. read more

To add insult to injury...I drove 45 min in 108 degrees to have Diane tell me she over booked, oops was her reaction. She later told a friend she had offered me a free haircut and pay my gas. This is a lie, SHE NEVER EVER OFFERED THIS! read more

I'm pretty picky about my haircuts. If I am not satisfied I won't return. Fortunately hair grows fast for me and I look fabulous regardless of hair, so I am able to test out the market. Nicole offered a fade and I was not disappointed. Shampoo included was a plus. You don't get those at Great Clips or any barber shop I've ever been to in the U.S. read more

My daughter wanted to get a haircut before she started her first year of college. Being new to the area, I searched yelp and based on the rave review, chose Blush Salon. We were able to get a same day appointment to my surprise. When we met her stylist, it seemed like she was fresh out of school. The technique she used looked like nothing I've ever seen. My daughter wanted a trim and layers. In the end, it was just a trim. They stylist said she did 'invisible layers' and she did a great job at that because we could not see any at all! And we paid $45 for it! I understand giving new grads a chance, but if your reputation (and possible repeat customers) are on the line, you check their work and follow up. She was nice and friendly, but it cost 2 potential customers for poor quality. read more

I love Blush! I've been coming here for almost 5 years and I see Nicole the owner. She is fabulous - absolutely wonderful! Lynn did a great job!!! I am always nervous trying to find someone new who will spend the time required to do my hair the way I want it. I was happy to be with Lynn (sisters from another mother). She did take the time necessary and did a fantastic job! I'm happier with my hair than I've been in some time!!! She fixed all of the dark underneath that made it look like a mess to me. My hair is not one color but beautiful shades of blonde. Thank you Lynn! read more

I am beyond aghast! I was a fist time client and arrived at Blush Salon, I noticed none of the stylists were wearing masks, even though it is currently a mandate statewide in California. My appointment was with Jennifer and as she led me to her chair I asked her if she would mind wearing a mask while she cut my hair, as was I. She told me, "No and to never call her salon again"! She was agitated and rude. read more

I got my hair done by CHANDLER about a year ago. I asked for white blonde hair and I have seen her picture and thought, "wow she's really good!" BUT DONT GO TO HER. She was doing a great job and I was like okay everything is fine. BUT THEN SHE PUT ME UNDER THE DRYER WITH BLEACH IN MY HAIR FOR 45min BECAUSE SHE WAS TALKING TO HER FRIENDS IN THE BACK. I don't know anything about hair, but I thought it was a little weird that she left me under there for so long, but I decided to trust her because SHE was the hair stylist. TURNS OUT: I shouldn't of trusted HER! Once she styled my hair, it was green, and I thought maybe it would fade after a couple of washes, but it didn't. My hair started falling out everywhere, and now I'm missing huge chunks from my hair. She charged me $300 for hair that was falling out and that was green. This picture is what it looks like now after it's grown out for a year. I am missing the whole right side of my hair. My confidence is destroyed after this experience, I have been living with a mullet for over a year. I think about how awful of a hairstylist she is everyday while I do my hair. I don't ever wear my hair down because of HER. I felt ugly after I got my hair done with her, and I STILL FEEL UGLY bc SHE DESTROYED MY HAIR. read more

Blush Salon - Example of all the hair that Chandler burned off about a year ago - Hair Salons Near Me - Lincoln, California

I went here in June for just a very needed hair cut the lady was nice she didn't really talk to me the entire time I was there though so kind of awkward feeling I didn't have the time to drive out to my normal salon that I go to and this was is by my house so I went but I'm not quite sure what happened but ever since she cut my hair , no matter what I use or who does my hair it will not curl anymore at all ! And my front framing pieces will never blend with my hair anymore it looks like I took a strip of an extension and just connected it to the front of my head and it is always separated , I have also tried waving my hair and it just turns into a giant frizz ball !!!! I thought finally cutting my hair which was much needed would make it look better and in reality it just made it worse !!! read more

After having spent nearly a year of letting my highlights in my hair grow out, I was in desperate need of a fix. I was so happy that Stephanie was willing to get me in on a Saturday on such short notice! She is an amazing stylist! She helped take my drab, outgrown hair into exactly what I was looking for. She listened to what I was looking for and helped guide me for what would look best for my hair coloring. I felt completely comfortable with her and she was so friendly and sweet. I will definitely be returning back. I highly recommend Stephanie and Blush salon. read more

I had a deep cleanse facial done by Jenna. She did a great job. My skin looks beautiful with no irritation or break outs that sometimes follow facials. The service itself was SO relaxing done in a comfortable, private room with low lighting and tranquil music. Blush Salon was nicely decorated, clean, and easy to access near down town Lincoln. Staff was very nice and all but they killed my hair, it's constantly falling out (which I was told there that it's normal and should stop soon but it has not in over a month) plus the color AND hair cut weren't the ones I asked for. I just moved to Lincoln and was looking for a new stylist. I was impressed by the amount of people not only recommending the salon, but Nina Tahti has several great reviews as well. After finding her on instagram and admiring her work I reached out. Nina was very responsive and was able to get me an appointment within the week! She even sent me a quick text to let me know she was running a couple minutes behind (loved that she was curtious about that). First time client this morning and what a great experience! I left a message for an appointment, received a call back the same day, and I was on the books right away. Nicole is not only the nicest and most easy going stylist ever, she did a fantastic job on my hair!! I wear a halo extension which needed to be cut and blended with my natural hair. This was NOT an easy job, and the result is beautiful! I asked for lots of texture so it's sorta "piecy" at the ends. She also curled and styled me with some beachy waves! Definitely going back for more services and highly recommend Nicole. The salon as a whole had a friendly and warm vibe, super chill and very nicely decorated. All around great! Thank you! read more

I'm so glad I found this salon!! I moved from SF and was skeptical about finding a good hair stylist in lincoln, well to my great surprise Nicole who is the the owner is amazing at cuts, color & styling! She's incredibly sweet & a fabulous stylist! The other stylists who work there are also all very sweet & personable. I highly recommend this salon for any and all hair needs! Thank you Nicole! I always love my hair every time I come in!! read more

I love Blush. Everyone is lovely and Nina has helped me grow out my hair and I was able to grow out my grey naturally.

My daughter had her hair dyed there, my other daughter had Dutch French braids done, and I had my hair styled....my daughter's dyed hair looked more green than purple (it was supposed to be lilac), my other daughter's braids were loose and sloppy. I had to part her hair because the girl who parted her hair did it crooked. I was specific when I asked what I wanted...tight, neat braids...got the opposite. I asked for my hair to be styled to the side with waves and some height in the back...the girl hardly added any products to my hair and only curled each section for 2 seconds and didn't add much height to the back. After 30 minutes from leaving the salon, my hair was completely straight and flat. This place is disappointing and overrated. read more

I just happened to walk in with my friend who had an appointment and all the stylists were so friendly. As a new resident of Lincoln, I was skeptical of where to go for my first haircut & color here. This salon did not disappoint. It is adorable inside and I felt comfortable. Sarah did my hair and I was very pleased with my cut and color. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. I felt like she took her time and didn't rush through the work. I like that I was her only client at the time, no juggling two people at once type stuff. I will definitely be back. read more

I decided to make an appointment at this salon for a haircut based on their reviews. I love that I was able to make an appointment online. I actually made a mistake and showed up on the wrong day but Nicole, my stylist, still made time for me and didn't make me feel like a bother! She still took her time and curled my hair beautifully. I left loving my haircut which is a nice change. I usually leave and hate what they've done. Thanks Nicole! read more
