I went into my room for a body massage. Bed not warm, and just a cheap sheet on. The message was very VERY rough. messaged over towels (not warmed). I thought I would be getting a rub burn. THEN, later, the oil comes out, and she wore gloves, which were ... bunched-up on her hands, so I felt that. I then turned over, and she basically threw a towel over my eyes (not warm, just a towel!). VERY painful, even when I stated it was too hard, many times. Also, the movements were very VERY fast, and not whole - relaxing. There are a couple of other things that made me very uncomfortable, but I will leave it at that. I almost just stopped the appointment a few times. I prob should have. The hydromassage was .... okay. 60 minutes is WAY too long for that. NOT going back.

That set the tone for the rest of the experience. I signed up for their $59 facial special. As soon as I sat down, the worker immediately started upselling me on extra options. The way it was explained was confusing, and I agreed to extractions and another add-on, thinking they were part of the original facial. After a very quick facial, I went to pay and the total had jumped from $59 to $124. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the add-ons. Then I received a text receipt showing $137 instead -- which I'm assuming included a tip I never agreed to. I didn't argue in the moment, but I definitely learned a lesson. Between the rescheduling, lateness, confusing upsell tactics, and surprise charges, I would not recommend Oasis Spa in Saugus. Proceed with caution.

I can't comment on their other services but I know I will be back for Botox. The facility is brand new and they have it set up as an upscale relaxation retreat. It's wonderful. The 2 staff members I met, Rachel and Rebecca, were the real deal. They know every offering inside and out and unlike other spas, they're not over selling and fake or like some other "in and out" assembly line cold feeling office. They were genuine and I feel like I can trust them and that they actually care about my progress. If you know laser hair removal. It does grow back if you don't maintain it or if your body has drastic changes. I hadn't maintained and gained a little weight. Rebecca took me right back to the laser room. The laser is BRAND NEW by the way. It was as expected but also very nice that she didn't have standard responses to how the procedure goes. Rebecca and Rachel really treat the individuals needs. Cost wise. Hands down on the lower end of price. I paid $125 for men's facial laser hair removal. Botox I think she said is $12 a unit. Or close to $200 for my forehead and between the brows(I haven't done it yet but I feel comfortable having this place be my first go at it) I would recommend 100% and will be back.
