I have done the…read morelift before at a different place and was excited to try this place because they are reasonably priced and they are close to home. Unfortunately, my lashes did not come out how they are supposed to. If you have never done a lash lift before, your lashes are supposed to have a natural upward curve to them. Mine were straight up (no natural curve and touching my eyelid) and look a little frizzy. I look like my lashes were blown up in the wind and are frozen in place. I have to stay like this for 8-12 weeks. Extremely upset. My bottom lashes (which are not supposed to be touched during this process) look frayed. I contacted the merchant via Instagram, email, and phone. I asked to speak to the owner and they did not call me back or try to speak with me. The esthetician responded to my email saying my lashes were lifted and called saying no refunds will be issued per the contract. I'm more upset at the lack of professionalism from the owner. I thought with all the great reviews provided on Yelp, I would at least receive a call regarding my disservice to at least fix my lashes or hear my concerns. I would not recommend this place at all! There are so many businesses doing this procedure that the outcome of lashes is unacceptable.

I must say I was quite impressed with her patience and how knowledgeable she was regarding all aspects from care, longevity, maintenance and overall selection of product. I booked a same day appointment with her. Cristina greeted me with a hug and I thought it was such a kind thing to do! Since I was a first time client, we went through a few photos and she asked me some lifestyle questions so she could decide what would be the best look. I went with the silk lashes. I already have long lashes but they grow straight down and she put in the curly lashes to help with the straightness. My lashes are beautiful. When I got home I took pictures and sent them to all my sisters and friends. I highly recommend her not only for the level of service with the lashes, but you can really tell she's a good person that is doing something she loves.

I had put in my name and cell, and figured I would call in the morning to try to get in touch. 10 minutes later the owner of the salon, Dey, texted me to see if she could help me with my appointments. In under 5 minutes she responded again to tell me I had 3 mani/pedis at noon the next day. We walked in and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The girls were brought to their pedicure chairs immediately and mine was available a few minutes later. The process was amazing - they do the mani and the pedi at the same time - 2 nail techs working on your services. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like it! Our nails were amazing, and the nail techs did a fantastic job. From start to finish - this experience was truly outstanding - WOW !! I showed up to my appointment within a 15 minute grace period, because Florida just had a hurricane, and I woke up to a bunch of downed Palm branches in my front yard.
