History

Established in 2017.

My yoga journey began over twenty years ago at a local community center, where I first discovered how the practice aided in releasing tension and stress that had accumulated in my body. I felt overwhelmed and disconnected, merely going through the motions of life without truly appreciating the present moment. It was through yoga that I found a much-needed outlet for relief and began to reconnect with myself and launched into a journey of reinvigorating my mind, body, and spirit. The physical movements of yoga helped release tension, and the deep focus on breath and mindfulness allowed me to turn inward and develop a new sense of self-awareness. As I breathed and flowed with the movements, I found a sense of calm and peace that I had been longing for. The restorative nature of savasana became one of the most cherished parts of my practice, offering me the rest and renewal my body and mind desperately needed.
