They were patient and very helpful. The class of nine seems small but it was nice because the instructors were able to give everyone attention in order to ensure a great workout in a safe and fun manner. I recommend this to people who are looking to try something new. The only warning I have is that if you're not used to swinging a bit you may get a bit motion sick.
