Beware...Very unethical. They inspected our deck during due diligence and said it could be repaired…read morefor $3500. After we purchased the home and had them back out to look once more, they said it would need to be replaced. However, since they had already said they'd repair it they said they'd go ahead and get us schedule for the repair in over a month...so we waited over a month with the appointment on our calendar and the day of the appointment, they didn't show up and when I called they were rude and said they would only replace it. Now I've had several other deck companies out and they've all said it can be easily repaired. Just wanted to share since we wasted over a month waiting for them to repair it when we could have already had it done by another company.
