I needed my flowerbed limestone power washed. There was mold from overgrown seasonal flowers and shrubs. Now that I got the beds out and new seasonal flowers installed, you can obviously see it. Ben, the owner, assured me that his technique of using a bleach-water combination at a low power wash, wouldn't damage the new flowers. 3 days later, the new flowers died around the areas he power washed with bleach. read more

Ben is the best! I've got windows that seem to attract calcium build-up so I trust BluLadder to come out yearly to make them sparkle. But beyond that, I discovered that Ben also brings those ladders indoors and can clean and polish chandeliers. I had one that was 20 years old and hasn't been dusted once. Ben got it back into shape and it's gorgeous! And he found one of my cat's favorite toys stuck up in the fixture and recovered it. I'm happy. The cat's happy. BluLadder saved the day. After a previously scheduled Christmas light service completely ghosted us, twice, BluLadder came to the rescue. They completed the install within a week of calling, gave us many lighting options, were reasonably priced (considering the short notice), showed up on time, and got it done. Additionally, once Christmas was over, they showed up the week after New Year's Day and removed the lights. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and look forward to having their assistance in 2021. read more

We contacted TGS and they came out, gave us a quote, and once we had the stain approved by the HOA they got to work! They power washed the fence first to remove the old stain and gave it 2 days to properly dry out. Then they came back and applied the stain very evenly. So glad I reached out to BluLadder! I was assuming the worst from a cost perspective having my gutters cleaned and since I've never cleaned them in the 14yrs I've lived in my house.
