Great LHBS! I have been to a few home brew shops...and this one is a pleasure to walk in to. A very clean shop on the inside and well organized too. There is a great assortment of wine and beer making supplies...a lot more than is on his web page.(Jerry, you need to update the net page buddy!) I do wish he carried White lab yeast strains though. Any questions, just call and ask Jerry. While not a pro brewer, Jerry is an experienced hobbyist. If he doesn't know the answer to your questions, he'll do his best to give you an educated guess. Prices are very comparable to other large nationally know shops...such as "Midwest Brewing Supply". read more

A wonderful place, run and operated by a wonderful guy. Jerry is a fountain of knowledge for anyone interested in brewing their own beer at home (and, I would wager, the same goes for his knowledge of making wine). I'm generally an online shopper when I can be; easier and cheaper, generally, but Jerry's prices at the Bluff Brew Haus compare with every online retailer I've found. He sincerely seems to care about the service he provides and the relationships he forges at his shop. Great place, great guy, and I happily give him all of my beer-making business. read more

Just bought a few items here for another 1gal batch. Owner was extremely helpful and got me set up for an extract brew. Gave me some tips and info for next time as well. Being a novice brewer (1.5 batches under my belt) I felt very comfortable talking with him and learning what to do. Will definitely stop in again next time I'm in town. read more
