DO NOT USE THESE LETTING AGENTS I have only heard bad things about these letting agents. Absolutely disgusting service!! They will not lift a finger to help you if you have a problem. Have been told several times that they would ring me back and heard nothing at all!! They do not care about their tenants and are only interested in receiving your rent. Have been talking to the staff on several occasions only to have them answer their phone and start talking to their 'mate' for half an hour. Very rude people who have no idea what they are doing and have made our second year of university an absolute nightmare so far to say the least!! Currently looking to move out as soon as possible. im a tenant that has come to coventry for the first time. i had a house reserved with jackson rose and i rang them a number of times. on day of me actually moving in they had no info on me and had actually rented it out to some one else. i then went to bluewood who immediately seen my situation and helped me find accomodation. it was 9 pm by the time i finally found a house i wanted and again the staff at bluewood were with me all the way through. I had been living there for 10 months and my contract has eneded. i believe if they do not give the deposits back it must be the tenants fault. as i had my money back and a box of chocolates within 2 weeks of returning keys. absolutely fantastic service and company. would use them again as my brother is coming to cov uni next year well done bluewood and arun thanks alot. read more

my daughter has been living in coventry as a student for past 3 years and has had 3 houses from bluewood letting. I can honestly say that my daughter has had no problems with bluewood or with getting her deposit back from any of the houses she has lived in. I can say that if the house is not left in a good conditon then you will be charged but bluewood has always given us enough time to rectify any thing that is need of repair. I am so happy with the service my daughter recieved and i was always kept involved with any repairs that needed to be done. All in all i would definatley recommend them to all as there are a number of very unreliable agents out there but we have been happy with bluewood. read more

i have just finished my university course this summer and i have dealt with bluewood for the last 4 years after i had a bad experience with a private landlord. I can honestly say that i have had 3 houses from bluewood and all houses were of a good standard. At each time before i left the house i was told what needed to be done in order for me to retain my deposit. I did that and they gave me back my money and i then went on to take a couple of more properties. I thank bluewood for making my stay in coventry good and i would definatly recommend them to all. i have been a landlord since 2005 and my personal experience with bluewood has been fantastic as they are on agency that answers your call even after 7pm. i have let out atleast 30 homes since i met bluewood and all have been with good tenants. the rent is always in time and will help you if you need any advice on legal and health and safety issues. i would recomend them to anyone who has a house to let. read more
