Customer service is absolutely non-existent, they ignore emails, when you call they tell you that they will do something about the issue you're reporting, and then they don't do anything. Empty promises and lies, that's all they're good for. I've been told when my issues would be fixed and nobody ever came here to do it, I lost many hours of work due to their lies and I still can't use some appliances that were in the property before I moved and was assured that they would work. Do yourself a favour and STAY FAR AWAY from these cowboys.

One morning we had no running water and there was no problems reported particularly nearby on the South Staffs website. I rang Nicholas George and they looked into it, going as far as ringing South Staffs themselves and ringing back to let us know what was going on. Another time, someone had locked the door to the whole house from inside meaning we couldn't get in. Unable to alert anyone in the other flats, we rang Nicholas George who got hold of one of the other residents to come and let us in. When our landlord has been a little slow in getting things fixed, they'll often just send their own contractors in to do a job. Little things like that always help.

As soon as I advertised through Homes Online they found me a great tenant. They also did a credit check on another potential tenant who turned out to have a poor credit history, including none payment of council tax. I am thankful that by using the agency they were able to screen out unsuitable tenants. I believe the agency also appeals to prospective tenants as other agencies are charging extortionate fees to both the landlord and prospective tenant. I would recommend their services to both landlords and prospective tenants.
